Prompt service, very professional, good guy. Took a bit for the blinds to arrive but installation great. The blinds are perfect. Way better than 3 day in every way, especially service and how long it took.

Don came to our house to measure and give advice on the type of blinds that would work for our old house that had a mix of new and old windows, and the window coverings were installed within a few weeks and look great. I hired Don at Slats Blinds after reading the positive reviews on Houzz and Yelp. He and his team completed the work quickly and did a good job at a decent price. Don helped me get the maximum value from a manufacturer rebate. Also, one of the blinds broke due to a defective screw, but Don came out right away to fix it. I am impressed by the quality of his work as well as his prompt and friendly service.

We recently completed a kitchen & laundry room remodel. Part of the project included cleaning our Hunter Douglas window treatments & purchasing a new shade for the newly installed picture window. Don promptly returned our email messages and our phone calls. The window treatments that were cleaned look great! We were undecided about what type of shade to purchase for the large window. Don didn't rush us, and when we were ready, so was he. He showed us some options, and we agreed with the recommendation he made for our top down/bottom up shade. It's cordless and uses a tab for both directions. Absolutely beautiful and appropriate to our needs. Price was well within the budget we laid out for the cleaning and the new shade. Highly recommend Don.
