Sherilee is a fabulous designer and house stager. She has worked with dozens of my clients in the DC Metro area and I even referred her to my mother for a design project at her house. She is extremely responsive, fairly priced and has wonderful taste. I consider her to be an integral part of my team. You won't regret hiring her.

I worked with SHERILEECRONIN real estate + design to prepare and list my property for sale. This was not a decision made lightly and SHERILEECRONIN real estate + design was there to help guide and support me through the entire process. She was extremely informative and professional every step of the way. We discussed that would get me the most "bang for my buck" in terms of updates and/or touch ups before listing my property and worked within the budget I set (and even came under budget!). Despite having a high volume of inventory in the area, I know it is from my working with SHERILEECRONIN real estate + design that my property was under contract in just 2 days, at full list price! Sherilee was a delight to work with and let me tell you she knows her stuff. She went above and beyond as our realtor. She helped us get our home market ready and was there every step of the way. The home we sold was a rental and we live overseas, we could not have sold our home from far away without her help. Her recommendations were spot on, and we decided to do a few upgrades which she oversaw. Her staging was amazing and I can't say enough about how wonderful she made the whole process. Sherilee and I went to real estate school together, she is a realtor with integrity and I would not hesitate to refer her and of course use her services again.

Sherilee is not only a knowledgeable and experienced realtor, she's an amazing designer as well! She transformed our home into a showcase and it sold in 9 days! Love her direct personal approach. Mrs. Cronin was referred to me by my real estate agent. During the initial consultation, Mrs. Cronin asked me lots of questions to seek out my intentions and get the best idea of what I was looking for in my master bedroom/ bath remodel. She was always available when I had questions and consulted me along the way. I felt very comfortable with her and knew that she "got me". She was hands on and delivered a room better than I could have imagined. New carpet, window treatments, paint to include bathroom cabinet painting, new bath countertops and fixtures and my beautiful new ceiling light fixtures in bed and bath. It was exactly what was in my head even if I had trouble expressing it verbally. I plan to do other remodels with her very soon.
