Kathie does such wonderful work! As an interior designer I am always looking for custom window treatments or upholstered goods done well AND someone who is easy to work with (as sometimes I have detailed requests). Kathie of Seams Great is a knowledgeable representative of Hunter Douglas and also an excellent seamstress who designs and implements her own window cover offerings. She is prompt about replying to requests for service, and her measuring and installation are perfect. She is fair and makes adjustments to please her clients. She has done both Hunter Douglas and her own designs for me, and I am 100% pleased. Have referred her to others. I found her through a mailing she sent out. I was new to my town and gave her a try and have never been disappointed.

I first met Kathie when we moved back to the Buffalo area 17 years ago, and she was recommended by a neighbor who had used Kathie’s services for her window treatments. Since we were in a new build, we needed window coverings everywhere! And I will always be grateful that Kathie never pressured me into buying more than I needed, especially since we just moved in and I didn’t know what I wanted. She advised me well, starting just with some shades for privacy and as the years passed we added more formal sheers and curtains that Kathie made in the dining and living rooms, which are still hanging. Her work is impeccable! If we ever had questions about a product - she was there! Kathie is very kind and caring, and always looks to help you with whatever your window treatment needs are.
