Besides doing a great job in designing and building our pool, Seacrest Pools is the nicest, most customer focused company I've worked with. Bill, Marissa and the Seacrest team are so nice, obliging and flexible, from beginning to end, that I would recommend them for anyone looking to put oil a pool or spa.

We wanted to renovate and update our in-ground pool. After extensive research, we selected Seacrest Pools, and are very pleased with our choice. The entire process was seamless, from initial planning through work completion and follow-up. Bill and Marissa were very helpful and available, particularly during the selection process. We replaced all waterline tile, resurfaced the pool, replaced fittings, drains and handrail, and installed a rain arc waterfall. The team was very tidy, and the project was completed on time! The final result is lovely. Please not, our pool maintenance couple are very complementary of the fit, finish, and overall quality of the work. They took a Seacrest business card for future referral. (Now, that's a recommendation!) We highly recommend Seacrest Pools.

In July, my wife and I started our search for a pool company to get some ideas, and quotes to see if this would be the best fit for our family. Right away, we knew Seacrest Pools was for us, and we never turned back. They truly made us feel as though we were their only clients through this whole process, and kept us informed the entire time. Each, and every person at Seacrest was amazing to work with. From our initial meeting with Bill, and having his knowledge and expertise to guide us through the process was extremely helpful. Marissa, was always so helpful and kind with taking our phone calls, or making changes to our plans, she went above and beyond. Thiago and his construction team, was one and a million. My wife and I both work from home, and have two little boys, and they were all very patient and kind with them, knowledgeable, cleaned up, and so friendly. This is by far the best pool company out there. We had done a lot of research and ended up going with Seacrest because Bill (the owner) was the nicest and most honest man. Seacrest worked with us on absolutely everything and they are extremely accommodating! You will 100% be happy with their craft and service and we highly recommend them to everyone!

We selected Seacrest to remodel our patio and pool and could not be happier. From start to finish the process was a pleasure. I hired Bill and Seacrest in 2016 for my pool and pool deck remodel. (see photos - Robin's pool). They were an absolute pleasure to work with in every way. The job was completed on time and on budget and I was 100% satisfied. About ten months later, we had a problem with the circuit board on our pool heater and Seacrest quickly came out for a look, agreed that what was happening shouldn't be happening, and had a Jandy rep out to replace the board within two days. A year later, my pool light stopped working. It was not under warranty but Bill thought it was way too soon to be having a problem so he came out himself to take a look. After checking the fuse, the transformer and the light itself, he determined the problem was nothing more than a burned out bulb. He then went and bought a new bulb, paid for it, and hopped in the chilly pool on a January day to change it. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and follow-up we have received from Seacrest. THE BEST!

We used Seacrest Pools based on a recommendation from our GC who was renovating our home. And I am very very pleased that we acted on our GC's recommendation. This was our first pool, so we had to lean on Seacrest Poos for their advice and expertise. Seacrest Pools, led by Bill Carey, exceeded all our expectations. We were pleased with the design process, during which we were given several CAD drawings to help settle on a final design. Seacrest Pool managed the permitting process. Hassle free for us. The pool was built within budget and within the agreed timeline. The outcome is a beautiful pool that we are now thoroughly enjoying.
