Scott Bunney Architect

Scott designed my 4 BR/3 1/2 BA 3150 square foot custom home in the Laguna Hills neighborhood of Nellie Gail Ranch. He created the home we always dreamed of having and there were no surprises in the design, budget, or timeline. The house was completed in 9 months and had lots of extras, like 500 square feet of under roof patio with infrared heaters built in, box beamed ceilings in two of the bedrooms, and a Galvalume metal roof. He is easy to work with, listens to what you have to say and responds in a timely manner - I would love to work with him again, maybe on a retirement home!

Scott Bunney was the architect on my room addition project. The goal was to meet all architectural features of the existing structure and Scott met this objective fully. It was a very pleasant experience. Quick, thorough and quality work. Thanks Scott for everything!

Scott is an Architect without a big ego to get in the way of designing your project. I found him to be quick to reply to questions or in follow up during the preliminary design through final plan check.

We worked with Scott on our home remodel and could not have been happier. He was extremely easy to work with and was very quick weather is was getting back on questions or rework on a design. Scott was able to capture what we needed in a home and brought his own unique style to the design. Scott was understanding of our budget constraints and we made balanced compromises to get a final design. In the end I would absolutely recommend Scott and will use him if we ever have the need again.

Scott provided exactly what i was looking for in a contractor . He , first of all listened , too both me and my contractor , as to what we thought we wanted . He then provided his own thoughts to the project , went away and came back with a price for the job . After a brief discussion on other recommendations we signed a contract . He then did what he does best . The drawings came in on schedule and after a few , minor changes , came back with the final drawings which were submitted for engineering approval . Permits were obtained without a glitch . I , and my contractor , are very pleased with the final result . I now have a patio that is quite worthy of the oohs and aahs of both neighbors and friends . I would highly recommend Scott as a professional and his abilities as an architect .
