I have built 2 homes with Schnicke. They build a great house, have continuity with their sub contractors, and are very fair when it comes to upgrades/change orders. Steve Schnicke is great to work with and makes the homebuolding process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to build a custom home.

In late 2012 we engaged The Schnicke Company to remodel our master bath, the powder room and kitchen of our home along with misc. remodels thoughout the home. The master bath and powder room were a "down to the studs" remodel. We were able to save the cabinets in the kitchen - all else was a remodel. It's not possible for us to be happier with the work that was done. The Schnickes provided excellent leadership of the project, surrounded themselves with the finest of trades, and managed everything from start to finish. It would be back to the Schnickes if we were going to remodel an existing home or build a new one. When you start a project like this one and plan to live in the house during construction one thinks about things like the dust and dirt that will be created, the safety of one's home and belongings, and will it happen on time and within the agreed upon price. None of these things were an issue with the Schnicke Company. Very clean work, very respectful and trusting treades, and on time and within the estimates. Great job!

The Schnicke Company just completed our second design-build home in 10 years. We certainly had a good experience the first time. When we decided to downsize, we considered others but based on the previous excellent relationship and satisfaction, we contracted with them again. As a retired commercial contractor and developer, I have a significant level of expertise in what it takes for a successful project from concept to completion. The design phase quickly addressed all our considerations and permitted an early construction start as occupancy time was critical. Construction was timely and with excellent level of quality. All major subcontractors on the job were part of a Schnicke team that worked cooperatively in our behalf. There was a genuine concern and effort by Schnicke to satisfy our expectations, manage changes, control our cost and deliver an exceptional and beautiful custom home. They are a company that is competitive and professional with the highest level of integrity. In short, they do what they say they are going to do and go above and beyond in doing it.

The Schnicke company has completed three remodeling projects for us over the last 5 years. The reason we use them for all of our projects is that they complete incredibly quality work and always come in on budget. High integrity, high quality, finish on time and on budget.

The Schnicke Company built our house, completed in 2005. There have been very few problems, but when something has cropped up, Steve Schnicke has responded quickly and taken care of it. We would build with The Schnicke Company again.
