We were looking for so long for beautiful and affordable tiles. We were after something unique, that could make an impact while being elegant, and we only found it in Ceramica. They have such a big range of tiles that we were spoiled for choice. Sara and Jayne were always very helpful, and we liked the tiles and service so much that we came for tiles for a second bathroom and the kitchen. We fully recommend that you go to Ceramica, as you won’t need to look further.

Amazing service when I visited the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble, the lady even helped me entertain my 3-year-old daughter whilst I decided on my tiles. The selection of tiles was of the highest quality and the designs were modern and so different to any of the other stores I had looked at. I have recommended to friends and family already.

Stylish showroom, Very pleasant personal help, and beautiful tiles. A few standard ones, but many types that stand out of the crowd. We were looking for tiles for in our hallway, and found tiles which we did not imagine were existent. The first visit inspired us and gave us food for thought. Sara helped us enthusiastically even though we made clear we would not purchase that day. On our return a few weeks later she remembered us and the tiles we had shown interest in. While placing the order she made sure our wishes were accommodated and even sorted delivery out for us. She kept us informed in friendly written emails or by phone. Her mother has been of great help as well, and was similarly pleasant and smiling. We are looking forward to seeing the result in a couple of weeks time, I'm sure it will look fantastic and will impress our guests.

Ceramica has a huge selection of beautiful tiles. So much so, I struggled to choose! Sara, Jayne and Alberto in the showroom were very helpful and not at all pushy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From a customer service point of view, I couldn't fault them and I'm really happy with my chosen tiles.

We found Jayne at Ceramica to be really friendly, really accommodating and we felt that time was no object. She worked very hard to help us chose tiles which ticked all our boxes. We felt that this was a family run business which really took care of its customers, when we hit a snag they were there with an immediate solution. There is a brilliant selection of tiles etc in the showroom, some really stunning pieces and we would not hesitate to recommend a visit.

Jayne and Sarah are very professional and helpful. Ceramica Tiles has a good selection of modern tiles. Jayne and Sarah spent time helping us to select tiles to match our kitchen units and let us take tile samples to try at home in different lights. There was no pressured selling, just a genuine interest in helping us select the right product. The order was delivered quickly and Jayne stored the tiles for nearly two weeks until we were ready for them. The tiling is just about finished and we are really happy with the product.

Sara and her Mum were so very helpful and patient and spent a lot of time helping me choose tiles and suggested non slip tile options for my dodgy knee. I bought tiles to fully tile 2 bathrooms one of which was a wet room. They also came to the house to measure up too. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to return to them in the future.
