I love the profile and website of Santoro Signature Homes LLC. This is a business model that I aspire to reach and hopefully pass. As one contractor to another I respect the work that I have seen and read, obviously this company takes the time to follow through and complete a job. Brian is truly exceptional. We have built two other homes before this, not even to this size, and by and far Brian's professionalism, attention to detail and planning is exceptional. He gives you a weekly plan for the entire build. I had never had that before. He has very high standards for quality and has a great group of contractors that work for him. He is very thoughtful with your money and gives you good guidance should you need. If I could I would do it all over again.

Brian did a excellent job from concept to final inspection of our project. He shared his vision on our house addition which helped convince us this was the right way to proceed and we love the exterior space he added to our house which fits perfect to our outdoor lifestyle. Brian built our lake house in 2011. Every time we come , we feel so blessed to have had Brian as our builder. The craftsmanship and detail in our home is amazing. He was so easy to work with, always trying to make sure we got what we asked for. Our permanent home is ten hours south of where we built and that could have been a challenge, but he worked really hard to communicate with us and understand what we wanted. Brian was our contractor for the construction of our custom home. We worked with Brian from the beginning of a concept all the way through blue prints and construction. He was always focused on helping guide us along the way so that we were not overwhelmed by the process. He also provided experts to address all our custom desires who stood behind their work even after closing and a year later. He made the whole process fun and enjoyable. I recommend him without hesitation.

We were very fortunate to have Brian and his team perform two major renovations to our home. The first was our terrace level where there was major water damage. Brian located all eight leaks and installed a wonderful open area which included a bar and wine cellar. The next year, Brian removed our deck and replaced it with a steel structure with an open roof patio and lower terrace. The entrance is through paver in the driveway through a Japanese garden. It is enhanced the value of our home and is a remarkable out living area. It is a must see and very unique in Atlanta. We could not be happier with Brian and would highly recommend him to anyone and the job, large or small will have the attention that is needed in projects.

Brian finished building our new home in March of this year. We closed in March after a long year of planning and building and I might add the wettest weather in the summer and the coldest winter we have had in many years . Through it all the schedule was adhered to always and I always knew what was going on - Brian gives you a run down every week of upcoming needs and what you will see in the house . He is a complete professional and so easy to work with. Our house and pool was completed on time and it is wonderful - absolutely met our expectations and then some - in fact he is now going to build our lake house . Would highly recommend Santoro Signature Homes to anyone .

My wife and I contracted Brian to build our home at Lake Hartwell in 2009. From the initial interview, through design and planning, until the finished product, Brian and his team was responsive, thorough, and professional. He listened to our ideas and wishes, then made them come true with the finest quality craftsmanship we could imagine, exceeding all expectations. (On time and on budget!). We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Since the completion of our home we have called Brian to help us with a few additional projects. Each project, we receive the same quality of service and work we enjoyed with our initial home building project. Should we ever build again, Santoro Signature Homes will build it.
