About Us

Welcome to reDefine Home Design! We design beautiful interior spaces for homeowners and home sellers in Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill. Our Mission is to create beautiful spaces in a fun, loving environment expressing kindness and humility to all! Paint, flooring, lighting, furniture, fabrics, cabinets, countertops… the list goes on. Creating an inviting interior space is a skill that requires style, knowledge, materials experience, and access. At reDHD, we take the guess-work out of decor; we offer a variety of service levels to accommodate interior design and home staging clients. Whether you live in a home and want to maximize its style and value – or you’re preparing to sell and want top dollar – or you’re a builder that needs to outsource decor selection – or a Real Estate Agent with client-staging needs, we can work with you!

reDefine Home Design & Home Staging was great to work with, and they did a fabulous job staging our home to sell. Our listing was posted on Thursday evening, and within 24 hrs we had an offer above asking, making it well worth the expense to stage. reDefine did a great job staging the exterior of our home too!

Definitely worth the investment. Sam and her team did an amazing job transforming my home and in less than 2 months we are closing. Especially during Covid19 this has really helped move my home. My agent took pictures after the staging and the transformation was spectacular!

Last year we had 2 projects: remodeling the house and redesigning the business front reception area. I google for interior designers and sent 3 requests to different firms. Sam was the first to respond and she impressed me with her knowledge and portfolio. I never worked with an interior designer before and I was very nervous. But over 10 months, I had the best experience of my life. Sam listen to what I wanted and transformed my house into a beautiful warm modern home. Great team work between Sam and us, and very fast with everything. We enjoy our home every day and feels like feels like we live in a luxurious resort. I don't have enough words to thank you Sam. I would 100% recommend Sam. She came on just one days notice and did an amazing job staging our home for market ready photos. I didn't think some of her suggestions were necessary but I did them anyway and I'm so glad I listened to her! Trust me that she knows what she's talking about! Top stars in every aspect.

Sam is amazing!! She helped us pick out the best paint colors, floors and quartz countertops. Once our renovations were complete, Sam and her team staged our home beautifully. We sold our home in 2 days and over asking price!!

Thanks Sam for the beautiful staging of our Five Points bungalow! Your staging ensured enticing photos, and resulted in nearly 40 showings in less than two days. The first full price cash offer came in less than two hours after showings began, and we later accepted a great offer above list. Sam was a pleasure to work with! My husband and I hired her to decorate our bedroom and dining room - we are so happy with the final result! She was great at helping me express my vision, and then implement it in a way that was true to what I had in mind, all while being cost-conscious. I have never hired an interior designer in the past, but her hourly rate seemed reasonable and we got a lot out of our time together. We got a lot done in just a half day. We will definitely go back to Sam when we’re ready to work on the rest of the home.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results of our home redecoration project. Sam worked with us closely to get a feel for our sense of style, the scope of the project and our budget, and delivered top quality results. It was important to us to work with a designer that could work with our very specific ideas for décor, and who had strong relationships with vendors and other professionals to get the entire job done within our budget and on our timeframe. Sam was able to procure the materials, furnishings and professionals we needed, on time and on budget, and did an excellent job of managing the project and keeping us informed all along the way. And to boot she was fun to work with. After the project was completed, she was always available to answer follow-up questions ad provide advice. I would recommend her to anyone.
