I have worked with Sam on several projects and recommend him to all of my clients. He and his staff are professional and easy to work with. If you are looking for a great architect, Sam and Syndicate Architects are the one!

We needed some real help with a remodel of our Master Suite that required more than just a designer. Because we were moving some walls and the master sits above a daylight basement it required engineering as well, there were impacts to the rest of the house that needed to be considered. We also didn't want just an engineer, we needed someone that could really help us with layout ideas for this remodel and was able to bounce back and forth ideas and design changes. In the end we got what we wanted and he predicted our spend very accurately. The contractor has been very pleased with the attention to detail in the plans and it has helped us in getting more accurate estimates for the project. The design work that was done was great, we had excellent communications for the project and have been thrilled with the plans, looking forward to completion. Once the construction work is complete, will try to come back and publish some before and after photos. Definitely recommend using Syndicate Architects!

Does great work and completes projects in a timely manner. One stop shop for design, engineering and getting things through plan check. He did both my house and my shop. Any problems that came up where quickly taken care of.

Syndicate Architects are a pleasure to work with. I've been working with Sam for years. He is professional, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Best of all, during construction there are few to no change orders due to the detailed design process they have!
