Very professional with much knowledge of window treatments. Delivery estimation most accurate. Quick to respond to questions. Installation accurate and meticulous. Problem with fit of two shutters replaced in a timely manner.

we had SAK Blinds Shades & Shutters, come out when we moved into our new home. Jarred, was knowledgeable and honest, and their prices were fair, so we went with it. We are very happy with the product and it performs as promised, we bought shutters.

Re: Susan Kumba of SAK Blinds Shades and Shutters Susan dealt with both myself and my Aunt who enthusiastically seconded my recommendation. Susan is very experienced, creative and knowledgeable re: all aspects of window treatments including their impact on heating and cooling. This was a particular interest of mine. Susan explained which of the blinds might best meet my needs and after installation showed me with a temperature gauge their effect. Very thorough, professional and so warm, engaging, truly a delight to deal with. Susan's products are of the finest quality. However, when I was not able to afford a certain aspect of my home's window coverings Susan, without missing a beat, creatively offered a different option saving almost $2,000. We highly recommend Susan and all her products to whomever might have interest due to the above areas of professionalism, artistic ability and quality. Diane Spivey and Helen Wallis

SAK Blinds came out and helped us pick the perfect shades for our windows. They were professional and brought tons of samples for us to choose from. Our shades came quick and were installed right away. We love the way they compliment our home. I will use SAK Blinds again in the future.
