I purchased this 3BR 2.5 bathroom oceanfront penthouse condo in the Ashley building for personal use as well as for vacation rentals income. Reliance Building Services was ethical, reliable and did beautiful work. The building managers also had wonderful things to say about the company. The unit has already netted me tens of thousands of dollars within a few months. I will use Ryan Lyman's company again for my next project in the Daytona area.

Wow! Ryan Lyman of Reliance Construction is a breath of fresh air. Not only is he honest and very knowledgable, but he does exactly what he says when he says he'll do it. That's hard to find these days. Two thumbs up!

Reliance converted a screened in porch into a bedroom for my son and did a fantastic job. Have also called on them several times for miscellaneous household jobs. Haven't found another contractor this honest or ethical - highly recommended.
