we hired Pacific Pavers owned by Rick Valdez to make a new driveway and irrigation system, we immediately realized that this last one was made with cheap material, starting from the pipe that they chose that was made of a poor material that couldn't hold the water and provoked a leak under the ground that prompted a representative of the Redmond City Hall to come to assess the leak, of course we had to repair it to our expense, and when we asked him to cover the damages we had to pay because of his fault he refused (everything was documented in a document released by the company who had to fix his job poorly done), now we are in small courts, and he doesn't even show every time the court holds a meeting....

We contacted Pacific Pavers to do a walkway, small retaining wall and some steps on a steep grade. Rick was very responsive and we were able to meet up the next day. Rick was helpful with design ideas and we agreed on a price and start date. Rick and his crew showed up on time and did a great job over the multi-day project. Crew was easy to have at our home, very nice and worked hard, did a great clean-up each day. Job completed, very happy with the job done!
