Somehow my order came in a color I didn't even look at but it says that's what I ordered. Regardless they were not willing to offer any assistance with return shipping which I get the cost is a lot, but the cost is likely less for the company than it is for an everyday person to ship big boxes.

I have placed an order and they won't answer the phone or reply to a text or call me back. Very concerned I have been scammed.

No one will answer calls, messages, no way to return product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have looked more closely at reviews before ordering

The customer service is horrendous. I was on the phone for 2 hours waiting to speak to someone, and even sent email, text, and tried online chat. All ignored. When I finally got through, I was promised a call back because the issue needed a supervisor, and then I never heard back. I ultimately did end up speaking to someone and my issue did not get resolved. The quality of these mats are so subpar, even if they had excellent service it would not be worth the purchase.

About as bad of an experience I have ever had. Customer service was pretty atrocious. Every issue they create apparently becomes a customer issue that they need to deal with. Definitely will not be using them ever again.

The product seems to be decent. The customer service is where it can be a bit lacking. My shipment arrived. I inspected the pallet and the rolls to a reasonable level. Peered around etc. what I didn’t do is unpack the entire pallet at the time of delivery. Apparently this was the reasonable expectation for all customers. I had two rolls one with a puncture from something I could not see. The other roll was on the bottom with the damage down low. No way to see that from initial receiving inspect. I have heard great things. Gave them a call just wanted that roll replaced as the continuous expected roll was effected and won’t lay as expected either. Having the seemless roll out was the key selling point here. Now I was informed I’m going to be given a percentage of the damaged square footage back. Not even accounting for the 4 foot width of the roll just the section that was gashed out of the side. If I do the damage I’m okay with it but to spend the money to get flooring, do my reasonable diligence to inspect at arrival and find a damaged product then be told it’s pretty much on me. Here’s a few cents back. Not great. I will look to other sources for my flooring in my other training locations.

I hope this review helps others. This product Flex Nitro Tiles from Rubberflooringinc.com is not for garage floors. If you have a hot water leak, or spill water it gets trapped underneath the tiles and starts to grow mold and smell. Even if you do not spill water the humidity in the air gets trapped underneath it. We even air condition the garage. This product also discolors after a couple of years. There is not outside light coming in the garage and it still discolors. On 4/2/2022, my husband and I decided to place an order for rubber tiles from this company. At the time of placing the order, the estimated delivery timeframe was 4/15 - 4/22. So we thought, okay great! And placed the order. We called our contractor and gave him this window, badda bing badda bom. Once the order went through, the estimated delivery changed to 4/26. Okay no problem. Gave Hank our handyman a call, he said you got it. 4/26 comes around, the status doesn't change. 4/27, I give customer service a call, and the gentlemen says that they never guarantee delivery dates, and that he cant tell me to expect it. So I asked him, well why were we provided with estimated delivery date of 4/15 - 4/21 when we were browsing the products on your website? He couldn't give me an answer. So then I asked, you can't even give me a ballpark? He said nope. So here I am on 4/28, wondering if it will come next week, next year, or possibly next century. Oh and the kicker is - the website doesn't allow you to post negative reviews. Can't wait to see the shape of these bad boys when they actually arrive (if they ever arrive). DO NOT RECOMMEND

This company sent me only part of the order, then shipped me the rest of the flooring in a different color than the original order. At the moment they will not respond to requests for the remaining flooring that I am owed.

The "Designer" flooring does not get clean. I now have a permanent, shabby brown/grey traffic stain down the middle of my new floor. Customer service was no help once they finally responded to my calls. I sent pics and they denied there was any problem. THEN, they sent me to a company called, Ecore, who actually manufactures the flooring. Ecore kindly sent me a better cleaner but the traffic stain is still there. Rubber Flooring Inc is simply a reseller and has no interest in guaranteeing their products! Lost my money and have to start over.

I ordered flooring and adhesive from this company. The customer service is absolutely horrible, they have yet to return phone calls, emails, and online website submissions. When I finally reached someone about my missing product that I never received, their response was "Oh well, nothing we can do to help you. Have a good day". This company is not worth working with, I shrugged off the bad reviews thinking that the world is understaffed and maybe people are not giving them a chance. But after working with this company, I have learned the reviews are legit.

My experience with this company has been nothing but stressful. Looks like it is run by amateurs who have poor knowledge of their product and even worse customer service skills. I placed an order for three custom size vinyl rolls for my car garage which arrived a week late and badly damaged. Seems like they hired the cheapest freight service (see attached pictures). They finally agreed to send replacement. A week goes by, and I did not get a tracking number. So I called them only to find out they did not have my item in stock. Had I not called, nobody would have bothered to let me know. Then they try to sell me a different roll for a higher price. I was so disgusted by now that I simply cancelled my order. They wasted a month of my time and all they care about is how can they milk the customer. Never doing business with them again.
