About Us

"Great Design Shapes the Future" is the theme that is the first driving factor behind our architecture practice. The services we provide allow us to positively shape people's lives at home, work, or play. Our satisfaction is in knowing that our owners are enjoying their homes and are proud to share with others, often time showcasing us to their friends as great collaborators in their successful project. Mr. Sosa is licensed in the state of Florida as an Architect and Interior Designer and also in the state of California as an Architect. Mr. Sosa started to work in his chosen profession in 1984 where he started as a draftsman. As his passion grew for his vocation, he quickly adapted and learned every facet of the business. Within 10 years, he had the knowledge and ambition to establish his own firm in 1994. His dedication to his clients has allowed the company to celebrate its 22nd year in business; the clients enjoy the process and continue to return, time and again, because they believe, respect, and appreciate the work that he and the firm provide.

This was our first time designing and building a home. Rolando was an excellent provider, holding our hand through each step. What we thought was going to be a stressful project became a fun and exciting experience. We always looked forward to our weekly meetings. His knowledge and suggestions were unparalleled. He and his staff showed nothing but professionalism and courtesy throughout our entire project. We highly recommend his office. You will not be disappointed.

Rolando is incredibly creative, knowledgable and experienced. He listens to your desires and uses his talent to satisfy your design needs. For the last 3 years he has been providing architectural services for our organization and is currently working on a residential project for me. He genuinely cares about his client and is quite driven to produce a masterpiece worthy of the client's praise and pride. I remain impressed at his generous, fair and considerate pricing and timely service. Without reservation, I highly recommend that you meet with Rolando Sosa and like me, you will be convinced to hire him for your next residential or commercial project. It did not take long for Eric and Roland to grasp our dreams and put the design on paper. They were very patient and made all the changes we asked for as well as guiding us along the way with awesome suggestions. They were prompt in their schedule and always available via phone or email. It was a pleasure working with them and we cannot wait to see the finished product.

We hired Architecture Studio for a new home residential construction design and we couldn't be happier with the final product. There were some slight misunderstandings but nothing that couldn't be fixed and retracted which they did with no problems. The two biggest reasons I'm happy with this company is 1. His price was in our budget, i was quoted some outrageous prices from other companies & his price was in budget. 2. My builder looked at the finished product and simply said "They look great, we're ready for a building permit" My only small complaint was return emails or txts took longer than I hoped for when I had questions but.....We we're very anxious and it really wasn't that bad. Damage Control Services

As the owner of the general contracting firm we have worked with Architectural Studios on several projects, both big and small. I really appreciate the hands-on approach that the team at Architectural Studios takes with every project they are involved in. The owner, Rolando Sosa and his team become personally invested to make sure that it is not only a completed project that they will be personally proud of but most importantly the owner and even the builder. The services that they offer are not only detailed architectural renderings but also interior design services, and project management. We look forward to working with Rolando Sosa and Architectural Studios and I know that many builders feel the same way.
