Five Star Luxury When we enter our master bath it is like steping into a five star hotel. The design is simple but with enough drama to make it interesting. We appreciated the suggestions on materials and design given by Robin and Todd. While the process was not stress free we felt confident in the choices we made with their guidance. Although things did not always go smoothly or as planned (there were some delays and miscommunications) the staff was very quick to remedy the situation to our satisfaction. We can truly say that it has been a pleasure working with Highland Design Gallery on this project.

The team at this store is knowledgeable and professional. I had a long, long list of lights I needed for several rooms in my house. Mary Kate figured out the style I was looking for and found all kinds of options! The lights are just gorgeous and I'm thrilled. Definitely recommend!

This is a family owned company where you can comfortably write them a blank check and they will not take advantage of you. This is our fifth project with Highland Design over the years: kitchen, master bath, laundry, guest bath and a study. Excellent design work, outstanding brand selection and an installation crew who will satisfy the most critical customer. The owners oversee the project, make sure it is running smoothly and promptly correct any problem.

Todd and Robin are great to work with! Their team is most professional and the finished job is outstanding. We actually engaged them for 2 separate projects - a kitchen remodel first and then a bathroom remodel a couple of years later. You won't be disappointed with the outcome!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Todd and Robin on making changes in two of my bathrooms. They were easy to work with and were always available to answer any questions that I might have had. Their work crew showed up at the time that we were told and were very professional. I really appreciated how they cleaned up before they left for the day. We recently had a problem with one of our newly installed toilets and Todd came the very next day to fix it. Robin and Todd helped us completely redesigned our kitchen and our master bathroom in two separate projects within two years. We love how our home turned out after our big renovation with Highland Design! They helped us to chose just the look we wanted throughout our home, and had great ideas to pull it all together. The work done was wonderful quality, and in the end looked just like we imagined it would! All staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. There were a few problems through out, but they made sure to make it right in the end. The only thing I would say, is that there should be better communication with the foreman keeping you updated/being responsive. All in all, we were very happy in the end and would use them again in the future.

Todd and Robin are extremely professional and very detail oriented. They assisted in every aspect of our project to ensure we were completely satisfied. Due to their experience and knowledge we definitely ended up with our dream home! I highly recommend Highland Design Gallery!

We purchased Kemper cabinets for a new kitchen island from highland design gallery. They were very helpful, and the sales and design process itself went smoothly. We went with them because of the custom design options available (flush finished sides, wall cabinets converted to base height with a toe-kick, etc.) The price was higher that we expected (and wanted) to pay, but I was ok with it because of the custom options that we just couldn't get from the static selection available from the RTA online route. Now for the negative. We purchased made-in china RTA cabinets for the rest of the kitchen, so had a direct comparison. The kemper cabinets were poorly made. They cost more than double, yet used 3/8 particle board, while the made-in-china cabinets used 1/2" plywood. More importantly the cabinets were poorly assembled. Things like the width between the front and back was sometimes out by 1/8" or more. They just felt cheap, like they were haphazardly stapled together without care for accuracy. Thankfully the finish was well done, so after much shimming, clamping, shaving, and fudging, the island still looks good on the outside. Which I suppose is what ultimately counts. In summary, would I go with highland design gallery again? Yes. Would I purchase Kemper again? No.

Robin designed my kitchen/cabinet layout. I installed teh cabinets myself and everything went smoothly because of how well the layout was. They also helped me resolve a few minor issues with teh cabinet company. This is the second time I've used Highland design and will use them again the next time I need any cabinets.
