Ashley at Roadhouse Kustom Metals, is located on the Sunshine Coast and seemed very accommodating. He provided a reasonable quote with a good turn-around time. However, once he accepted the job he failed to respond to texts, an email or phone messages for over 3 weeks; even after a delivery commitment had come and gone the week prior. He finally responded to an ultimatum for a response with a text that he was sorry, but had other “huge” jobs on the go and that I could take my “threatening” emails and “small” job elsewhere. This response along with a complete lack of effort at keeping myself as a smaller customer in the loop, even in the case of a fulfillment delay, was very disappointing. And worse, appears to be a reflection of a discriminatory attitude towards small customers in general.

To celebrate my spouse's pregnancy I wanted to give her a gift that was truly unique and special. Ashley at Roadhouse Kustom Metals created us a fine piece of art in the form of a heart coveting another heart as though it is pregnant. It is a stunning piece that will be cherished in our family for generations! Since then, we have used Roadhouse for minor house renos and now find ourselves considering bigger projects just to put their high quality workmanship back to work at our home! I can't thank them enough and offer my highest recommendation regarding their service!

I was looking for a peice of art to sit on my fireplace mantle and I decided to use Roadhouse Kustom Metals & Design. I ended up with 2 beautiful metal roses in a vase. I can tell by the intricacy of the work that he has had years of experience as well as a natural talent! I will be contacting this business again when we decide to put a fireplace in our back yard. Wether you have a small scale job or large scale, it is definitely worth your time to check these guys out!
