I have an old house with a lot of quirks, including items that cannot be altered to make a kitchen cabinet and countertop installation easier. Richards Kitchens + Baths was able to design, create and install cabinets and countertops around these problems. Employees approached the problems as a positive design challenge, and not a negative problem that would make the job harder.

Richard's Greg Completed our realtor's kitchen downtown Muncie. Their work really impressed us. Greg came to our home, carefully measured our bathroom, which felt like a dark tunnel. He listened to what we wanted, then he presented us with his designs and features, which we liked with few changes. He worked around our travels. He and his foreman answered all of my questions and concerns. He had added a heater on my request. Greg was a delight to work with on upgrading our master bath. Their work not only met our expectations but they exceeded them with effectiveness, responsiveness and efficiency. The rain shower doors are the best. One cannot see the soap and water spots. The bathroom is lovely, comfortable and great upgrade in all features possible. We heartily recommend Greg at Richard's kitchens and baths.

On a whim we dropped by Richard's Kitchens + Baths when looking for counter tops for a new construction home. We didn't really have any expectations of purchasing from them, we were basically looking for ideas and helpful hints for finishing up our home. Richard's showroom was truly inviting and warm. Staff provided creative ideas and encouraged us to take home samples. With a bag of samples in hand, we headed home still concerned about the travel distance from the store wondering if we would receive timely service living so far away. After making our selection of Corian, staff from Richard's were in touch within a day and a representative was in our home in less than a week for measurement and an estimate. Our beautiful countertops were delivered and installed within three weeks. Richard's designing creativity/expertise and timely service is one reason for the five star review. In addition, Richard's pre and post installation communicated was clear/concise. Installation was flawless with total clean-up following installation. Our new home has an open concept. When guests visit our home their first comment is almost always about the kitchen countertops. We are so happy that our "whim" led us to Richard's.

We went to Richard's K&B because of their reputation and we are not disappointed in any way. From the design, the help with our choice of materials, the employees who worked on our bathroom--all were superb. The one problem that was an issue was directly the fault of the manufacturer and not of Richard's yet they made it as right as possible. Our tile is beautiful, we're pleased with the fixtures and finishes (the choices seemed unlimited), but Greg's suggestions fit us to a "T".

We paid an interior designer from another company nearly $1000 to give us plans that were not what we wanted, nor were they a design that fit our style. It was a totally different story at Richard's! The designs are without cost. I came into the store with a fairly undifferentiated idea about the cabinets I wanted. Greg explained the different styles and features and helped me sort through my likes and dislikes. The plans he drew up were of excellent quality, very detailed, and beautiful! He came to our home to help work through logistics of the project. I loved that I was also able to order my granite and sink there. Greg was invaluable in arranging delivery and making sure that we would be successful. He answered lots of questions from our contractor as well. We appreciated the attention to detail and responsiveness from Richard's.

This is our second kitchen countertop installation using Cambria quartz so our expectations were quite high. It was a pleasure to work with Monica Huntsman, the Sales Designer. Other than a slight extension of the installation process because the backsplash pieces were loaded on another truck, the installation proceeded very well. One countertop on the far side of the kitchen had a pass through to the living room. This required an extra piece on the living room side which was installed perfectly. The sink cutout was extra large for an undermount double sink. The undermount sink required the installation of support brackets which was included with the countertop installation. Extra temporary braces were applied from the wall cabinets to hold the backsplash pieces in place until the adhesive could fully set. A support was preinstalled under the main countertop overhang where seating was to be placed. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and installation of our new Cambria quartz countertops. We highly recommend your consideration of Richard's Kitchens + Baths for any proposed upgrades.

We have used Richard's on previous occasions and have always been satisfied with their products and installation. We had a complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets, countertop, backsplash, flooring, etc. We are very pleased with the finished project and with all Richard's employees.

I could tell from the get-go that Greg Rawson was a great listener, so I knew I could trust him to make "my" vision a reality instead of making "his" vision a reality. I knew I could trust his leadership throughout the project. Even when I really wasn't sure what to do with our backsplash, he set up a meeting with his designer at their tile supplier in Indianapolis, he met with us along with his designer, and I excitedly walked out of that meeting with a backsplash that I knew I was going to love, just like he predicted. So whether you already know exactly what you want or whether you need to bounce ideas off of someone who listens and gives you feedback when it's wanted, Richard's is the place for you.

I could not have wanted this project to go any smoother...This job was completed in such a timely manner I could not believe it. Any questions I had were promptly answered, and if Greg wasn't available at that moment, he returned my call ASAP. The Workmen arrived on time and cleaned up when the job was done. Their workmanship was impeccable. Would definitely use again for another project.

All of the people that worked on our master bath remodel were wonderful. I was happy with the design process as well as the construction & the rebuild of the bathroom. Everyone was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Our project was kept clean from start to finish. Any problems they incurred were resolved quickly. The finished product was beautiful & met all of my expectations!

Impressive! We are 6 months out from a total kitchen remodel and could not be happier with function or appearance; Greg Rawson nailed it and I love my kitchen! Years in the business gives RKB the quality of expertise that we wanted to lead us through our project; I appreciate that more than I can say. If I am working alone or have a gathering of people helping out I have good spaces for movement and preparation and THAT rocks my world... especially after 32 years in a minimally spaced farmhouse kitchen. RKB took us from conception through installation with professionalism and we are so pleased.
