Renovatia

Renovatia started work on our kitchen renovation on 1/3/17 and as of 1/23/17 they have been MIA. They gutted our kitchen and have left us with a disaster. We have had to file complaints against them and will probably lose 10's of 1000s of dollars from them. We have had to hire a lawyer. I can't even believe we have been without a kitchen since 1/3/17 and now we may not even be able to afford to finish it for over year if we can't get our money back from them.

Currently ongoing with a very bad experience with this company. Hired Renovatia to renovate our master bathroom, relocate our front door, and expand a front porch. There has been lack of communication from this company from the start. As it stands, our project manager Mike has completely quit with the company, the company phone line has been disconnected, Jason's phone is off and messaging is full, and Chris is nowhere to be found. I have a plywood front door and a gutted home. Stay away-- this ship is going down with all my money sadly.

We took a complete gut and made it into the most stunning home! Only thing we kept was the foundation and exterior walls. Renovatia guided us through the entire process, from concept to close. The team worked very well together to provide us with top-notch customer service. Their teams were great! We were able to voice our opinions the entire process. They utilize an amazing project management program that helped us, as the client, to understand the process, make selections, ask questions, make changes, anything -- all online/mobile. Helped us document all communications and make sure things stayed on track. Another amazing thing about Renovatia was that they promised us a very short cycle and they delivered without disappointment. We sold the house (flip) in 6 days and we are currently working on another project with them. Highly recommend.

The Renovatia team renovated our master bathroom. They did a great job, were easy to work with and respectfully of us and our time.

Renovatia is one of the builders we've worked with for close to a year now, They continue to receive high praise from their homeowners as professional, timely, skilled and, of course, friendly and nice. We enjoy working with them, and it's never a surprise to hear the same from their homeowners. Renovatia consistently does quality work, and they go "over and above" for their homeowners. Finished third floor attic space into living area and school room. 2 closets, kitchenette and window seat. Project went perfectly! Have recommended this company many times and will continue to do so.

Renovatia...at this point is about 1/2 through with refinishing our attic. Based on the work so far, I wish I could afford to have them rebuild my entire house. They are very courteous, very respectful of our property. They are extremely neat (They clean up after themselves every day). They try to work around our schedule, and they seem to be doing very high quality work. I will come back a do a follow up review when the work is complete, but I had to get my first thoughts out there. PS...one of they guys even helped my wife carry in the groceries and pulled few weeds from her flower bed when he had a few spare minutes of down time. Great company and great group of guys.
