I have been a contractor for well over 25 years, I have used many companies over the years, I have never had the pleasure of dealing with Reliable Granite, until I had the countertops in my house in the kitchen and bathroom changed, I was very impressed with Joyce and her team, costs were within budget, timing was as promised, pricing was the best in the city. Installation was top notch. My wife and I are 100% satisfied in every aspect of our countertops sales, service and installation. They are my go to source from now on, Koodoos to all of you whom made this possible at my house.

Put in a new granite countertop in ensuite bathroom. We did our own measurements and the company made it exact to fit. We installed ourselves. Joyce is very professional and is very knowledgeable about the product. She assisted me in picking out the granite and it is perfect. The order was completed on time and was cost effective. Joyce was extremely helpful during the selective process, and the quote she gave me was excellent, I was so surprised and pleased being on such a the tight budget, my countertops were affordable. Their superior workmanship of precision fitting was ensured. Jason warned me that I had purchased an overly deep sink, which was meant for a deeper cabinet, and that the proper function of the faucet may be in question, as well as the ease of cleaning around it. I loved the look of my sink and didn’t want to give it up. Everything would work as long as the cuts were exact, there was absolutely no room for error. Their measurements and precise cuts were perfect. I was thrilled with the end result. These are the guys you would want to hire, I highly recommend them. I intended to use their services again when I do my kitchen renovation.

Amazing job done by all! The number one reason way we went with Reliable Granite was the price! I live rurally and they beat the other estimates by thousands of dollars! I had a bar and 3 bathrooms done from one piece of granite. It was done fast, on time and with good workmanship.. Joyce was very knowledgeable and ready with estimates when we were choosing our granite. Jason did the template and installation with his crew. Excellent job!
