Reliable installed tile and hardwood floors throughout our house, put in quartz countertops in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and tiled 2 showers. Everything was a problem due to poor workmanship and had to be "redone" multiple times. They started work on our house several months ago and still problems are not corrected. They used the wrong grout color (we have multiple "shades" of grout), used the wrong bevel on our countertops, etc. They put in a sink that was different from the one we wanted/purchased. They did not know how to put a niche/shelf in the shower wall (we finally gave up and had them tile over the mess).

Reliable Floor refinished our hardwood floors a year ago. They are beautiful and are wearing well. The amazing thing was that there was little dust after the process-amazing!
