Re-Bath Omaha

We had a complete main bathroom remodel. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone we encountered during the process. The teams that came in handled every detail efficiently, courteously & with the upmost care. The commode installed was the taller model when we had requested the lower. Our designer Mike found the error on his call back visit & immediately set to correcting the error( i thought it was me - lol!)

For anyone wanting to redo their bathroom I would not recommend Re-Bath Short version: poor communication, poor customer service and took double the time to complete. Full details: I needed to replace the tub with a walk-in shower for safety reasons for a family member who is on oxygen and needs to wear an oxygen tube (getting in the tub and fighting with the shower curtain was not safe anymore). The design consultant came over and gave a good sales pitch. After making a call to verify he assured me that they could have it done in 6-8 weeks. Even though they were definitely the most expensive option I decided to trust him. Fast forward 7.5 weeks I had to call him to get an update and all he could say is that it was still within the 8-10 week window. I reminded him that he had promised 6-8 weeks and he called me back a few hours later saying that he relooked at the contract and yes we did agree on 6-8 weeks and he would get them working on my order. There were a few more calls since they were having problems getting the correct base. At 9.5 weeks they finally scheduled the install. The guys that came were very nice and professional. When they came back the second day for the actual install, they informed me that the door was not in yet and they would be putting up a shower curtain (absolutely not ideal). I called the salesperson immediately and he was unaware of the situation and said he would check into it and get back with me. The following week I had not heard anything, so I called and left a message then waited till the next week called again and still no answer and left a message. So, I called the main office, and they informed me that he had been on vacation and just returned. He called me an hour later and first thing he said was “I was not aware that the shower door was still and issue”, even though I had left him two messages on his voicemail. He said he would get back to me first thing the next morning. Morning came and went, and he finally called at 9pm that night to let me know the door had come in. But then I had had enough and called the main office to talk to the GM but was redirected to a Salesperson instead. I let her know everything that had gone on and how disappointed and frustrated I was and all I got was excuse after excuse and an apology. She helped to get the door installation scheduled. And not surprisingly there was an issue with the door installation and the guy had to run to the store to get parts to make the door fit correctly and when he was complete he let me know that he was unable to put a handle on inside of the main door going in and out of the shower because it would hit the glass of the other door and only way to close it is to use the little indent where the handle for the outside is attached, so much for custom ordering. Well come to find out the guy installed the glass doors wrong and had to come back to fix it. Not once did anyone even consider any kind of compensation for my troubles during the process.

Marcus was so helpful and I understood how the design would look. The install team was so professional and fast. My remodel was quick and clean.

We recently hired Re-Bath Omaha to renovate two of our bathrooms--they are beautiful! Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Our sales rep, Marcus, handled business from beginning to end. He was very easy to work with and made sure we were happy every step of the way. We plan to renovate a third bathroom in the near future and wouldn’t think of going with anyone other than Re-Bath Omaha. Highly recommend!

They did exactly what they said. Started and finished on time. Cleaned up never new they were there when they finished. The young men doing the job did great.

Julie was incredible to work with. She offered great advice when making product selections and made the process flow really well. The crew worked in a clean and tidy manner, which was greatly appreciated. We just signed a contract for a second project!

We were thoroughly satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. Mike was our designer and we did end up spending more than we wanted to initially. But our bathroom was over 100 yrs old and hadn't been updated for at leat 50 yrs. It had to be gutted. All the work was done on time and every single person who worked in our home was polite. The entire project took less than 2 weeks. All the work was cleaned up and our new bathroon is beyond beautiful. In the long run, it was worth the investment. We were so pleased with everything and are thrilled with the new functionaltiy and and style. We are glad we chose Rebath! Thank you!!

This company did a complete bath and a our new kitchen. The men who worked here for 7 days were efficient, respectful and did everything perfectly. We love our kitchen and bathroom. We had one little problem with the floor tile and they fixed that with no charges. They were finished on time with no problem! We would recommend them highly!

I just recently had a guy from re bath come out to look at our aged bathroom. After telling him everything we wanted he basically dismissed it and started talking about how their products are so much superior to any other. They really don't take the time to listen to what you want, instead their top priority is getting you to purchase the products they offer. After he inspected the bathroom (to my surprise) he had a whole pitch planned on selling us on re bath. He brought in his laptop and had a PowerPoint on how re bath is just Gods gift to earth. Then he pulls out some bs statistics on how small private contractors get awful reviews and how re bath has never had a terrible review in their existence. He proceeds to say that some magazine (that I have never heard of) states the average cost of a medium size bathroom remodel is 17500, which I do research before any home project and that's not at all what I was seeing on any website I looked at. It seemed to me that re bath was more concerned with trying to freak you out into choosing them by bashing every other company. Would not recommend re bath to anyone.

I had Rebath get my main bath and kitchen out of the 1960s. The process was smooth, Mike and Aaron were very knowledgeable in the various products carried. Samples were amazing as far as the types of wood, finishes, extras, etc. The crew was simply amazing. Arrived on time, laid tarps down on the stairs and where they were going to be working. Finished up on time, cleaned everything up every day before leaving. Very courteous and accommodating if I wanted to tweak something before it got started. They are pricey, but they are fast and they are good. Bathroom remodel was down to studs and sub-floor - 6 days. Kitchen remodel was down to studs and sub-floor. Widened an entry and removed soffets - 3.5 weeks. Would highly recommend this company.

The crew that remodeled were very professional people . The area worked in was cleaned and materials taken out of the area were disposed of and carried off from our house . The crew answered our questions in detail and were very respectful and polite . Our bathroom was remodeled the way we wanted it ,and they went over the lifetime guarantee before they left . The remodeling was done also in a timely matter which was great ! I would hire them again in a heartbeat !
