Richard Cortes is the owner and President of Richard Cortes, PA Architects since 1993 and RCPA BUILDERS, Inc. since 2004. He is a licensed architect and registered general contractor in Florida that's been in business for 23 years and has 28 years of experience. Not only is he LEED certified but he's also a certified Renovator.

We are a general contracting firm that specializes in boutique, high end custom built homes. Richard has been our architect of choice for the past 4 projects. He has a great eye for structural design, and has been a huge asset for us to work with. In our line of work, there are always difficulties to overcome on any given project. What matters to us is that those difficulties are addressed and solved as quickly as possible. Richard hasn't let us down.

I needed to convert my apartment from 3bd to 4db in high raise building. I was looking for an architect that can do that job especially with that tough environment . I interview more than 10 companies and eventually I decided on Richard. Richard is well communicate, well professional, work fast got my plans ready in 2 weeks ( most companies told me 4-5 weeks) and efficient. on top of that he is very creative and I think he is gifted in that.
