We completed an extensive renovation on our first level: new flooring, cabinet painting, etc. We found Steve and his team to be so professional. The quality of the work is top shelf () . They were really helpful in making recommendations and suggestions. We have been in our home for 25 years, and this was our first major renovation. I was very nervous. This Team is the one we will call for the next renovation ...If they are available. Thank you Steve.

Had such a pleasure working with Steve at Quality Renovations. He built a couple of built ins for our home, one of which was extremely large and very detailed. Steve and his team did a great job for us. He was very fair in his pricing and listened really well to what we wanted to achieve. He made very sound suggestions and helped us to achieve the outcome that we wanted. His craftsmanship is of the highest quality and the end results was amazing. Exactly what we hoped for. He was dependable and communicated any changes in plan and schedule well in advance. I wish all contractors was this easy to work with and dependable. He remodeled 3 bathrooms for us with subway tiles and fitted glass shower doors. He took great care to ensure that the tiles align properly, even when the walls was not a 100% plumb. His patience and skill was really tested and he showed his masterful ability to persevere and get the job done properly. Truly a pleasure to have him help us. We have already booked him for more renovations and can fully understand his packed schedule due to the demand for his craftsmanship. The quality is worth the wait to get onto his schedule. Not a long wait, but understandable that he cannot fit one into his schedule immediately. Thanks Steve and team for making this a worthwhile experience.

Steve seemed to be trustworthy, and I agreed to his price, terms and to wait several weeks to suit his timetable. When the time came to start my project he first texted he was running a few days late, but later chose to not follow up and didn't show up or respond to phone or e-mails. He ghosted me! It's his right not too take a job, but there's no excuse for not informing me and wasting months of my time in the process. note: software demands I enter a date although the project was never completed

Steve is amazing. He has done a number of renovation projects for my family over the years including our kitchen cabinets & counters, several custom shelving projects, hardwood and tile flooring, our master bath, tile work on our screened porch, and some windows. He's done work at our primary residence in Huntersville, NC as well as at our second home near Asheville, NC. What I love about Steve: 1. He's honest. In a world full of contractors with ethical issues, it's refreshing to work with someone who I can fully trust like Steve. I still tell my (now 7 year old daughter) about how Steve was tiling our master bath when she was born and we were all at the hospital for several days. 2. He's detail oriented. Over the years, I've realized that Steve has an eye for details that I'd never notice unless he said something. It's awesome to have someone who cares so much about the quality of his work. 3. He's affordable. Steve could charge more given the quality of his work, but doesn't.
