Stay away!!!! We had to get a lawyer because Fareed Sanie abandoned the job after we paid him $28,000. Never heard from him again after he started our renovation. He seemed honest and likable. Don’t be fooled.

Very happy with my remodeling jobs—bathroom, kitchen with a new footprint, and hardwood floors in three other rooms plus hallway. Fareed was great to work with. Any surprises that arose, he handled professionally. All workers were professional and nice people too.

My wife and I just moved to Stafford and needed a bathroom remodel in our house. I researched the local remodeling companies and found a bunch. The reviews were all over the board—some good, some bad, some downright awful. They really did not help my decision-making much, so I decided to call and interview a few of the local vendors. Most were not responsive. That was until I spoke to Fareed Sanie at Quality Floor Kitchen and Bath. He said they could meet my expectations and do the project within a month. At that point, I went into their showroom to meet Fareed (the next day on a Saturday) and see their offering. I was positively impressed with what I saw. Fareed was at the house to “scope” the project that Monday. He had plans for me the next day. I went into the showroom to pick the tile, granite countertop, vanity, etc. They started the project within a week and finished within a month—as promised. The craftsmanship from Fareed’s team (including Franklin and Oscar) is stellar—far beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail (from the grout work to the plumbing, framing, painting, etc.) was excellent. All of the workers showed up on time, cleaned up after each day’s work, and were courteous and respectful to our family. My wife and I have bought and sold many homes throughout our lives, and I can say unequivocally that the bathroom that Quality Floor Kitchen and Bath provided us here in Stafford is the best we have ever had. We are overjoyed. Thank you, Fareed and team for exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality (as the name says) and timely bath remodeling.

Sami at Quality Floor saved the day. We started at a big box store but they were unable to install for a month. Sami worked to get our whole house installation completed in about a week. We had carpets and vinyl plank installed by the teams of Santos and Carlos and everything went smoothly. The home looks amazing. Thank You Laura and Bill

The design for our master bathroom was impressive but not as impressive as the quality of the the installation work. The attention to detail, every detail, made the project a work of art. Add to that the friendly and professional staff, we could not be happier with the experience and outcome.

This my second project with Quality Floor and once again they knocked it out the park!!! The installer Dimas Reyes was above Excellent!!!

I cannot express how ecstatic I am with these guys. My house looks BRAND NEW, so so chic, and way better than what I even had in mind initially. The staff is so so so knowledgeable, so helpful, and know what you want before you're even done explaining yourself. My house literally looks like a celebrity style dream home, and everyone who visits falls in love. They helped me remodel almost every inch of the place, and I am so grateful for choosing them to help me make this change. They had so many options compared to other places I had seen, and everything came together PERFECTLY. Worth every single penny and more! 1000% recommend!

I love my new master bathroom. I cannot believe how beautiful my bathroom now is. I went to Quality Floor, Kitchen, and Bath after talking to several other local contractors. My bathroom was 27 years old, and other contractors were afraid, as the plumbing had gone bad. Fareed redesigned my bathroom, pulling out a vintage 90s jacuzzi tub that I’d hated, replaced the vanity with something from this decade, added storage spaces, with the centerpiece a glass enclosed huge shower. He helped me choose color options that enhanced the design. Fareed’s team was professional at all times, and had extreme attention to details. Kudos to Martinez for his tiling work – it is truly gorgeous. And, many thanks to Oscar and Faustino for all of the plumbing, carpentry, and flooring work. I know that I will have an awesome return on investment when I eventually sell this house. I highly recommend this company, and intend to use them again when I redo my kitchen. We used Fareed & his team for our master bathroom remodel. They did a great job with our bathroom. The tiled shower, new vanity & wood flooring looks wonderful. We also had some carpentry work done with a 1/2 wall of Shiplap around the bathtub area. It’s looks amazing . Oscar did a fantastic job.

I would not recommend your company based on your customer service and customer satisfaction the way your company left my kitchen is not professional we now have to hire someone to finish the mess you caused. this has been since November 2019 today you send your employees to repair the damaged and it was a total waste of time they didn't use a drop cloth sanded the ceiling and walls dust everywhere paint on the lighting that was installed no I was not home because I would have put them out of my home. We have other major projects we would have contracted your company but after the way you treated us we will find another company.

We had our basement bathroom remodeled by Quality Floor, Kitchen & Bath LLC. Excellent, outstanding and professional are the words I would use to describe the experience we had working with Fareed, Martinez and Oscar. Fareed was always available to us throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. Martinez & Oscar took such great care and pride in their work. The finished results are truly amazing. We will definitely be using them again on future projects.

I was put in touch with Quality Floor from a neighbor. We did select them to remodel our basement flooring and stairs with QuickStep laminate flooring. The finished product looks great and the team at quality floor was easy to work with to accommodate my schedule. They were prompt and and took care in their work. The costs were right in line to other companies quotes. I am very happy with the product we selected.
