Todd, Brooks and team set themselves apart from the start - compared to other contractors we were looking at - through their preparedness, professionalism, and their competitive offer to provide an initial consultation with design ideas and estimated budget. From first meeting until project completion they were always available and often checked in on progress to ensure we felt the lines of communication were open. The project ended up taking longer then we expected, however, the finished project was worth it. Their quality of work - thanks to Colin and team - exceeded our expectations. The character of our 100 year old home was maintained, but through the remodel now boasts a more present-day floor plan to accommodate our growing family. We bought a wooded view lot almost 20 years ago with the idea of building our dream home when we retired. When we met the Powell's we weren't just looking for just any contractor, rather a partner that would help realize our dream. They worked with us from the beginning, first helping us develop a floor and lot plan that met our requirements and maximized our view. Then, building a budget and spending countless hours selecting materials and finishes that made our home custom and unique. A project as large and complex as ours naturally had some issues along the way and they were dedicated to provide customer satisfaction with the best value. The process was open and transparent with great communication along the way. We had complete trust in them and that minimized the stress of building. Our house turned out beautifully! We love living in it and when we entertain have received many rave reviews!

We just finished our third remodel project with Powell Renovations. Our last remodel was for our hall bathroom, removing the bathtub and added a walk in tiled shower, adding a new custom vanity and fixtures. We also replaced all the doors, closet doors and wood work in unfinished portion of the house. The designer, Julie Powell, arranged all the appointments to meet with vendors and was there to ensure we got the correct products for bathroom including tile, cabinets, paint colors, bathroom fixtures, countertop, and glass/mirror. She gave us the design we wanted and kept us within budget. She is easy to work with and blatantly honest often having to find options that would work for both of us. We have been extremely pleased with all the Powell employees. Powell assigns a project lead or foreman to manage each remodel project. Our project lead for this remodel was Jay who was great to work with. He answered all our 2000 questions and made sure that everything was done to our picky specifications. He is very patient and did everything we asked and much, much more. If we had an issue Jay resolved with no push-back. Powell stands by their work, uses only the best vendors and oversees all the work ensuring it meets their customer’s satisfaction. This has certainly been our experience with all three remodels Powell has done for us. Another key reason we choose Powell to begin with is they were the only remodel company we found that offered a 2-year warranty of their work. We have encountered only two small issues on our first two projects and both were addressed and resolved quickly and professionally. The project as whole was an A+. We are very happy that we hired Powell Custom Homes & Renovations for our project. Powell did a complete kitchen remodel including moving a wall out to widen the galley style and opened up one end to take advantage of our view. A pantry was added from part of the garage. We also added new lighting and windows and a door to the deck. The process and the work were extremely professional. The workers were always tidy, pleasant and respectful. Everyone on their team worked with our plan and helped guide the project from engineering through product selection and completion. Powell helped make this less stressful than we ever imagined.

My significant other and I needed someone with a lot of experience and honesty. Powell not only delivered, but far exceeded our expectations. Being a first time home owner and a first time home buyer was scary enough, but building a complete custom home as our first home made us want to poop our pants. Luckily there was none of that because Powell truly guided us along the way. You know how people always say "Location, Location, Location!" when it comes to real estate? Well, they certainly know about locations. They have knowledge about some really nice lots. We absolutely love our location by a lake and credit Powell for helping us find and obtain it. When it came time for the house design and construction, they listened to our needs, wants, and wishes while keeping us grounded and thinking realistically. They were direct and honest in letting us know what we could afford and couldn't afford. Their professional advice and great project management skills kept us on track, on time, and we even came a little under budget. We had a few nervous moments along the way, but we think that's natural with any large project and life-changing event. Powell built us a beautiful home and we don't think any other builder could have done better.

Powell CH&R was hired to remodel our guest bathroom. Scope included new floor/ shower tile, new counter, stairs, fixtures, lighting, toilet, and closet shelves. THe project came out great and it was great to work with their team,. from design through construction.

Kitchen: replaced cabinets. Replaced formica countertop with granite, removed wallpaper and replaced with tile. New sink faucet, added canned lights and under cabinet LED lights, paint. Paveder room: Replaced cabinets, shower, toilet, sink, countertop with quartz, floor with linoleum, mirror, lights, paint. Master bath: Removed tub and replaced with walk in tiled shower, granite, tile backsplash, added medicine cabinet, new mirror. New lights, removed carpet and replaced with tile floor with neat, enlarged room so window could be added (took space formed, new cabinets, paint.

Powell Homes and Reno went above and beyond to be professional, helpful, and instructive. Working with my budget they were on time and on budget. Also clean! No clutter, scraps, garbage, or cigarette butts - nothing but perfect

Powell provided a total remodel of our master bathroom and added an exterior aluminum decor of our upstairs master bedroom. Powell's work was professional, and of extremely high quality.
