Shawn at Croix Design & Drafting did an amazing job at not only translating our vision into a set of plans but assisting us in decision making around regarding the structural/design choices. He really worked to understand our aesthetic and preferences to anticipate our choices. He was very timely and delivered on time commitments in turning around plan versions. I would highly recommend him and his team. He is now our "go-to" for designs!

They have proven the ability to adapt the fast changing code requirements in our MN building market and provide all of the necessary documentation required on the building plans. Did YOU know you didn't need to hire an "Architectural Firm" to draft your dream houseplan? Neither did I, but I ran into Shawn at Croix Design and we now have blueprints for exactly what we are looking for in our next home. All local codes included and structurally perfect for our local area. Since this is our first time building a home, Croix Design explained every detail to us, and guided us into a cost conscious, yet beautiful design. The team's friendly can-do attitude made working with them a breeze. I am sure we will use them again for our lake cabin in a couple of years. If I could wave a flag to point you in their direction when looking for design work... I would.
