About Us

Pinnacle Window Solutions is a high performance window and door distributor serving the Northeast. We proudly have more than 70 years combined experience serving New England's design and building community. We look forward to furthering our relationships by adding exciting new product offerings and expert services. Although our first love will always be high performance homes and buildings we also have found a great love for architecturally drawn first and second homes, community spaces, educational work, light commercial construction projects and all sizes of housing jobs. I have ordered replacement windows twice from Pinnacle and each time the installers have been prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The windows are absolutely gorgeous and have made such an enormous difference in our home's appearance. Best money we've ever spent!

Fantastic service and excellent products! Kris was very helpful, brought us to houses with the windows we were considering and came to our house several times to help us get the perfect windows. We were updating our 1960 contemporary (that had single-paned windows) because we installed a geothermal heating system, so wanted to make the house as tight as possible to make it efficient. But we didn't want to lose the style of the old windows. Kris helped us find the perfect solution with Alpen windows.

Pinnacle Window Solutions have been great to deal with. They quoted the project in a timely fashion and were quick to update changes. The windows and doors arrived sooner than promised (under 8 weeks with exterior paint) and in good shape. Had we ordered windows in one color they claim we could have had the windows in 4 weeks. The guys from Pinnacle even helped us unload and they were helpful and responsive when a door dind't latch correctly. And finally, the windows arrived with installation instructions, something we're not used to when ordering triple pane windows.
