Emet -The Test of Time My first installation of Phantom Screens 21 years ago they still look great, and they have stood the test of time I had a welcome surprise today when I came across some photos on houzz of patio and porch ideas using Phantom screens. I first used Phantom screens in 2001 when I was required to replace the ‘Fly-Wire doors’ on the French doors that led to the back garden. In an Australia summer it is essential to have a screen to keep the mosquitoes at bay. After an accident put a hole in the old ‘Fly Wire screen doors, I started to research the screens that were available, and I came across Phantom screens. I loved what I saw, and after speaking with their office team, experienced the promptness and helpfulness of their installation service they delivered exactly what I wanted. I came in for some friendly criticism as to why I had not replaced the old screens with the same ones - just new ones. I did not listen, and installed Phantom screens on my French doors, and although it is now 21 years later nothing has gone wrong, they still look fantastic and operate without any difficulties. Now, I only receive positive comments! In 2017, I recommended Phantom screens to a friend, and he too was delighted with the service, the installation team’s thoroughness and the overall excellence of Phantoms products. I am currently putting together a house project to extend a difficult front porch and having seen some of the photos of Phantom screens on Houzz I again will be calling on their services!

Anne sales Rep and Steve are the best and very professional and knowledgeable about the Screen and screen door business. We have 5 retractable doors installed, included French doors also. They look nice and are very well made and a lifetime warranty. We highly recommend this company and doors. Great people to work with !

Splendid looking screens, so much nicer and better than the norm. The installer was professional and did a great job though he had to first figure out how best to do the job - my patio door was a bit out of the norm. The one on the front door fits right in too, you don't even notice them when they aren't open. I also now get a lot more light now that the old screen has gone. I'm really happy with how it all looks and he did a super job. I can really recommend this firm and it's services.

Professional service and great easy to use screens! We love the way the screen doors open sideways which provide easy access to and from our porch.

Loved working with Phantom Screens for our backyard screened patio project. The product is amazing and will totally change the way we live in our backyard. I can't recommend them enough for outdoor spaces.

My deck faces west and it was impossible to use it late afternoon and evening because of the sun. Phantom Screens installed a 16’ wide cable guided screen which effectively blocks the sun so I can use the deck. The screen was custom built to fit the space exactly. The distributor install team was professional and did a great job. The product itself is so much more than I expected. I would highly recommend any product from Phantom Screens.

Initially I loved these screens. The fact that they are powered and move up and down so you can use them or not made them ideal on the lake. Now that we are 2 years in, I am not at all happy. After winter #1, we had one screen that had some silver dollar size holes in it. It was $750 to replace. After winter #2 this year, I have 3 screens with holes ranging from silver dollar size to dime size. I am being told again by the local installer that this is an act of nature and not covered under warranty. If I had known the likelihood of bugs eating the screens in the winter I never would have spent $16000 having these installed in custom enclosures.

Our house was in the Lakeshore Parade of Homes in Michigan 2018. I showcased the summer screen and the colder weather vinyl screen(which I’m using now, it’s cold). We had over 800 people go through our home this was by far one of the biggest attractions. They mostly said this is incredible and why don’t we have this in our house. I have since had several people stay at our home and they utter the same words. The porch has become the favorite room. I rarely sit in the living room because the porch that is protected by Phantom Screens makes you feel so close to nature but protected. This was hands down one of the best investments made to this house. In my opinion every house in America should have Phantom Screens! I am their passionate cheerleader for life. We love love LOVE our Phantom Screens! We have two sets: the first is on our double doors at the front entrance...wow, do they ever let in so much light and air! And we have a second screen on our balcony door in our master bedroom. We find it has helped with our energy bills in the warmer months since we don't need to use our air conditioning as much. The installation and customer service were top notch.

We love the seamless look of our screen doors and enjoy letting the fresh air in during the warmer months without worrying about bugs. The screen doors are simple to use and easily glide open and shut with one hand. The screens are made so they can "pop" out of the track if anything bumps into them {like one of our dogs!} so the screen itself doesn't tear. It can then easily be placed back into the track. A beautiful and functional addition to any patio space!
