On my Third Project with Peter. He designed a two story ADU unit for me in San Diego, a house remodel and extension in Vista, and now he's designing a 3 car garage and house remodel in Palm Springs. I really like working with Peter as he alleviates the stress of building and the permit process. He is extremely knowledgable and has great design ideas.

We asked Peter to help us consider adding on to our existing home. I sketched what I wanted as best I could, and Peter caught on immediately during our first meeting. He measured the whole house, so when we received his first layout, we could see how the addition would actually fit with what we already have. Our follow up discussions, and subsequent updates were easy, as Peter is easy to work with and so patient. Ultimately, we decided not to do the addition, but we would recommend working with Peter on any project due to his calm and professional approach.

Peter help design a kitchen layout for my home that had limited possibilities. He checked out the set back lines from the city first then we were able to go out one way 7 feet. We took down a wall and went with stacked kitchen cupboards. It now has an open layout. He is easy to work with and will troubleshoot any problems to come up with recommendations.

Peter Frazier was conscientious and engaged with us from the beginning stages of our project until completion. We added a Jack and Jill bathroom and also completely changed the facade of our home. We worked with Peter on a remodel of our home which we had occupied for over 20 years. His knowledge and proactive fact finding assists is bringing the client's goals to fruition; whether that be with coordination with the municipality, consultants or overall knowledge of the budget. Additionally, Peter is a master at developing a number of creative conceptual design schemes that then make their way into the architectural elements of the home. The result is a meticulously thought out design with consideration to cost and livability. Peter is a true professional who works diligently on the client's goals and clearly communicates throughout the design process. I trust Peter with a wide range of projects from remodels to ground-up new home construction.

Peter was fantastic to work with. Very easy to communicate with via phone, text or email. He was very thorough and his technology presentation of our plans was very professional. It was amazing that he dealt with the city directly for us and with the contractor. My wife and I met Peter in 2017 and decided to have him handle the architectural design for the interior remodel of update of our mid-60s modern. We had very specific ideas and requirements for the project. Peter exceeded our expectations in every respect and out of necessity, came up with creative alternatives that kept our remodel on-budget and feasible.
