We have worked with Jay on several projects, ranging from remodels to additions, and recently new construction. His ability to design homes with functional floorplans that still have beautiful lines, cozy spaces and grand themes, show his skill and creativity and really set him apart from other architects. We look forward to building many more homes designed by Jay - our clients always love them!

We hired Jay to draw up plans for our custom home. He is extremely creative and was mindful of our budget. We are thrilled with the results and couldn't be happier in our new home. It is better than we imagined. Would highly recommend!

We hired Jay a number of times throughout 2012 to help us draw plans to remodel a number of residential properties in Dallas. The remodels were extensive and required a lot of creative planning and design including value engineering. I would say Jay did an excellent job in all aspects of the job and we would highly recommend his services.

I worked with Jay to draw my 6,500 sq ft custom home. He listened to my request provided reasonable feed back and ultimately produce the home plan that I visualize. He met his datelines as promised and reacted quickly to changes as the drawing progress. I would definetely use him again in the future.

He was always professional, stayed in communication, and made what could have been a stressful experience very satisfying.
