It was not only customer service but much customer care! Sergio and his father installed the carpet. They were amazing. Detailed! Sergio asked questions I had not even considered. Job was done incorrectly at the direction of John Stone - the upstairs floor was installed without underlayment, which is incorrect and not per the instructions in the contract. John Stone knew this was the case and told the installer to complete the job anyway. After many emails and conversations of denial and gaslighting from John Stone, I finally got the truth from the installation manager and after 3 weeks (and being displaced a second time) the upstairs was installed correctly. John Stone also ordered way too much material (10+ extra boxes) as well as instructed me to purchase an extra 144 linear square feet of baseboard. They also do not include any caulking or paint touch up, plus there were many chips and areas of damage to my house. I got a quote from another company to fix the damage and do the paint touch up and caulking and the job and was quoted $5,500. The communication was terrible and customer service was even worse. I chose Paulson’s because of their reputation, but it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not waste your time and money.

Very impressive - from the minute we stepped in the store to look at carpet to the time they left the house after it was all installed! Dave was so knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were great! We are returning customers because Paulson's has never let us down!

John Stone offered excellent advice on the selection of carpet. He is a good listener and explains answers to be easily understood. James and Justin did the removal and installation. Very professional and timely in the process. They assisted in moving furniture and boxes to accommodate their job. The carpet is Karastan and is beautiful in my home. Excellent source for great service and carpet.

I worked with Dave Shelton on selection of my carpet and lvp floor. I am very happy with the result. The installers were also very friendly, arrived when they said they would and were done a day early. I have used Paulsons previously with the same results

Paulson’s is an easy one stop shop. Shellee Jole at the Tigard Cascade store, helped me - she has a good eye, knowledgeable and provided that personal touch I was looking for. While I had an idea of what I wanted, I really valued her input on what would best meet my criteria. She steered me to different examples of what I might like. She also let me take my time deciding and reviewing different samples in my home. Also was willing to answer any questions I had. It saved me a lot of time and trial. I settled on a new brick facade for the fireplace and hardwood LVP along with some carpet that looks fantastic.

Excellent job, excellent people, excellent company! Just had new carpeting replaced throughout our home. We worked with Dave Shelton who is an ultimate professional and a joy to work with. No pressure, great advice and a great price for the carpet and installation! The installation of the carpet went without a hitch! The installer's, Lance and Eddie did a wonderful job, with a great attitude! They had to move some pretty heavy furniture and did so without complaint or damages!! Our new carpet looks absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this company and the people we worked with!

Paulson's in Tigard is a great business. We recently got our carpet replaced by them, and Dave Shelton (the store manager at Paulson's Tigard) is awesome! What a great guy, he was friendly, took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know, and at every step of the process was there for us. Dave gave us great recommendations, performed the measurements and estimation on-premise, and made our carpet-buying experience super easy from start to finish. Cannot recommend him or Paulson's enough! The contractors that came and installed the carpet were some of the nicest people as well, truly Paulson's knows what they are doing - shout out to Lance who did great work installing the new carpet! Thank you Dave and Paulson's, we will definitely be returning for future projects.

Dave at Paulson's helped me pick out the right carpet for our home. They were very flexible and easy going when I kept pushing out the install date. The installers were incredibly fast and were done in only two days.

We had a great experience with Paulson's. They had a wide selection of carpets that allowed us to find the right one for out home and budget. The install was fast and looks awesome.

We purchased laminate flooring from Paulson's in Tigard. Dave Shelton managed our purchase and floor measurements. He was absolutely superb - no pressure but gave advice and explained the installation process very well. He is such a fine man to do business with. Ashley handled the scheduling in a professional and efficient manner. Everything regarding the scheduling was seamless. Now to the installation crew. They were really great. Dan seemed to be the lead man. He was so pleasant and amazingly cooperative and assisted with a couple of small items that were very helpful, but not required by him. We observed a lot of the installation process and noted how very careful the installers were when making measurements and trying to get everything to fit as well as possible. We would not hesitate one bit to use Paulson's and Dave Shelton again

Crazy covid times and we were lucky to be able to find a contractor to redo a bathroom that had leaking tiles from a bad diy from the previous home owners. MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO MICAH at Paulson's. We could not have done this without you. Best service! Expertise! And it was a great find to find Paulson's as we had driven by it hundreds of times and had no idea what it was. Highly recommend for their expertise and product selection!
