Paul was such an incredible joy to work with has very professional attitude. He was open to suggestions from us, as well as the contractor. He exceeded expectations on budget and deadlines; we finished our total house remodel in less time than a previous design build firm used to develop concept drawings. His design is clean, modern, adaptable, and perfect. Our home is flooded with light at all times of the year and is super for entertaining. We could easily imagine using him again; he created a home we find hard to leave even for vacations.

Paul & Bryan took our 784sqft. 2/1 ranch home & transformed it into our 2500 sqft modern dream home. From start to finish we had an amazing experience with them. They recommended our builder Taylor Morrow who was also amazing. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have come out of this process unscathed. I know several people that have gone through the same process with other architects & builders that have horror stories about their experience. It's a major commitment from everyone involved when you're building a home. Choosing the right team is critical. We were lucky that the team we chose are amazing at what they do & amazing people. We love our home & plan to spend the rest of our days here, but if we were to ever build a home again we would choose the same people. The Seids

We hired Paul to design our two-story apartment, the bottom half of a Brooklyn, NY townhouse. It was a gut renovation. He was superb at every step of the process -- extremely thorough, reliable, easy to communicate with (which was impressive since we were communicating across three time zones). Also a great troubleshooter, which was essential in dealing with all the countless issues that come up during a complex renovation. It was really a lot of fun working with him. We'd recommend him to anyone!

We had an unusual project -- gut renovating a town house into a two-family home, with the other family as equal partners in the project. We had a local architect who did the other apartment and the common areas, and Paul designed our apartment. He was incredibly organized, capable, calm and prepared. I love his design sense, but what really stood out for me was how organized he was. When you're doing a renovation, it often feels as if there are ENDLESS decisions, and the little things you don't anticipate wind up causing delays and costing money. Paul made sure that didn't happen, and made everything easier.
