Josh and the Patio Plus team installed a large (18’ x 18’) cedar post pergola with a Solara motorized louver roof that spanned the entire length of the structure. The team certainly gets very high marks for the budget and timing of the project as they clearly beat all competitors by a wide margin. But, the true A+ rating is given for the quality of work provided. Going into this type of project, we were a bit lost on what we could do with our budget and Josh guided us through all the options throughout the entire process. In the end, we could not be happier with how it turned out and certainly plan to recommend Patio Plus to all family and friends.

Great work and an unbeatable warranty, I suggest this company to all of my friends that need work on their deck. Patios Plus went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the craftsmanship of our new decks. Josh at Patios Plus was great to work with. This was our first time working with a decking company and we were a bit intimidated by some of the other companies who quoted us for insane $40k plus decks for less than 300 feet of decking. Josh was able to beat their quotes for similar materials by a mile. Talking to him about our project, I could tell that he worked for large companies in the area for years because he recognized all of their tricks. He was straight forward with us and provided us with everything we asked for, and had a few useful suggestions along the way. We had our decks replaced a few weeks before our son was due. We were very particular about a few things, like rail height and clearance for safety, and getting them installed before our son arrived. After seeing the standard rail height, we talked to him about lowering the rail clearance by an extra half of an inch below normal and he quickly and happily rebuilt the rails he had put up. He went over and beyond what we expected at every chance he got. He even built strong baby gates for our stairs out of the same materials as the rails that blends perfectly with the look of the decks. When our son was born early, he worked extra time to make sure that it was ready before we came home. He works to do something special and unique for each of his clients. He wanted to do custom-cut posts for our deck. When we told him that we wanted something sleek and simple, he listened and the result is fantastic. He used hidden screws on the decking instead to really push the sleek look we asked for. Overall, we could not be happier with his work.

I hired Patios Plus in August for my deck. Josh discussed project first and drew up plans. He contacted the city for the correct permits required. Ordered and had delivered all materials needed. My project was finished on time and I have received many compliments from neighbors, friends and family. I would recommend Patios Plus for anyone wanting a fair good company!
