I have been waiting for quite some time for fix to a defective window that leaked. Optvue shipped a replacement but it was damaged during the shipping process and now I have two bad windows on property. Optvue is slow to respond. I was hoping to be a reference but now I guess I will be the opposite.

Our Optvue passthrough window is the highlight of our kitchen remodel. Optvue was easy to work with as a novice homeowner who wanted to be hand-on with this purchase. They were clear on process, timely and communicative with any questions, and provided clear shipping and receiving instructions. I had a problem with my bug screen handle snapping off on our 1st day back in our remodeled home. Tomaso went above and beyond to assure me it could be easily fixed. Top notch customer service and a beautiful product.

Deon was very professional and made the perfect window for our outdoor kitchen remodel. He was very accommodating during the design phase and when he found out that I lived in the same city he immediately offered to come over and measure and plan the rough opening with me. He kept me apprised of his progress and when it came time to install he personally came over to oversee the installation of the window. The window is the highlight of our new patio and outdoor kitchen and we just love it!
