We had all of our old aluminum siding replaced along with the last original window from our 58 year old home. From the initial meeting to the final walkthrough, Opal impressed us with their professionalism and quality of workmanship. Opal did a great job on our new roof! They stayed in contact with me every step of the project to let me know when my materials were ordered and the delivery date. The workers showed up on time and everyone was professional and polite. My roof was completed in one day and then they cleaned everything up and made sure there were was no trash or nails left in my yard or driveway. I would recommend Opal for your house and they will be my first call for my next project.

We contracted with Opal to replace twelve 40 year-old windows in our 100 year-old house, in an addition that we ourselves put onto the house in 1980. The rest of the windows in the house have been replaced for various reasons with various other products over the years. We got estimates from three companies, and chose Opal because of the expert advice and knowledge we gleaned from Jason. He was definitely on our side throughout the project. We had previously had Opal do work on our garage, so we were familiar with the quality of their work. Although we were originally interested in all wood windows, we ended up choosing Kolbe insert windows, which are white fiberglass but the interior sashes are wood clad. Jason remained patient and helpful during the many times I changed my mind about what to get! We opted for insert windows, partially for economy's sake, but also so we did not have to disturb the trim on our windows, which we like because it was in the original house (and we refinished it and out it in the addition. Also, our exterior had just been completely redone including aluminum cladding the window trim (yes, we did THAT in the wrong order!) and we were happy not to rip that all out and do it over. Communication was great all along. The men know what they are doing and they work quickly and efficiently. When the windows were first installed inside the existing wood trim, it became obvious that more of the white of the frame was going to show than we had expected, and Opal initiated a solution to that which caused a lot of extra work for them, but a lot of extra satisfaction for us. Wojciek (I'm probably butchering the spelling of his name) was able to come up with creative solutions for each window and carefully fitted extra trim to each window which ended up looking great. We are very pleased with how it all turned out.

We hired Opal for the 3rd time in the past few years for our home projects. They previously did our siding and roof projects and we were pleased with all aspects of the project. This job was our front door. Communication couldn't have been any easier. From point of sale (Eli) to logistics and preparation for the project (Stacy) to implementation and prep of the project (Karel) and not to forget the crew that's always been pleasant, swift, and detailed in their work. All areas of our home were cared for. We'll use them for our windows when it's time. I actually went back and forth for over a year about which type of door to install. Eli was extremely patient. I have contracted Opal on two different occasions. A few years ago they replaced several windows in my home and just recently they resided our home. I am very pleased with their workmanship, communication skills and professionalism. Both jobs were completed in the specified time-frame and we have been pleased with their work.

Several years ago they resided my house and this November they resided my porch and installed oversize gutters/downspouts with Raindrop gutter guards. I am very pleased with their workmanship, communication skills and professionalism. Both jobs were done in the specified timeframe and for the agreed upon price.

What a great experience! Again! I'm a repeat customer with Opal having just completed replacing my roof, skylights, gutters, downspouts and some siding. Opal previously replaced all my windows and the siding and facia on my dormers. Opal gets kudos all around, starting with the sales experience. No pressure, just lots of patience, answering questions and discussing options. Then there is excellent communication before, during and after the project. Workmanship is outstanding and my project manager, Jacek (Jack), was always responsive when things came up (as they do on every remodeling job!). The crews are always tidy, courteous, punctual and organized. In my experience Opal won't be the lowest priced bid but worth the money for the service, quality and workmanship you receive.

Jason, our project consultant, worked to revise our project (several times) and had a great deal of patience with homeowner who had a difficult time making a final decision. The roofing team worked a long day to finish our roof in one day. We appreciate the little things they did such as painting the furnace stack to compliment the roof. The siding team insured a quality install and was very responsive to our concerns.

Opal Enterprises installed a beautiful Andersen Renaissance Springline window for my home. The overall experience was satisfying - from the consultation and DocuSign to the diligent installation and clean up. I was notified what to expect, every step of the way through emails and PDF attachments. The crew was very kind and friendly. Thank you, Opal Enterprises!

4.5 Stars Our project with Opal included re-siding and re-trimming our home with James Hardie Fiber Cement. We opted to include window and door crowns and sills to the front of the house, including the garage. We selected Deep Ocean for the siding color and Arctic White for the trim. In addition to the siding, we added a front portico to improve our home's entryway and gable vents to add some extra character. Finally, we also opted to replace our front stoop for the portico to rest on (third party). The team at Opal was amazing to work with. We started out with Ryan (our sales rep) who walked us through options and shared some ideas on the design. Ryan came out a second time to answer our questions as we shopped around, and gave us an awesome walk-through of what it would look like when complete. We decided to go with Opal because we really liked how their previous projects around the neighborhood turned out. We found that Opal was a bit more expensive for siding, but with all the additional options including the portico, their estimate came out around the same as other companies. We signed their digital agreement (which was really convenient) and kicked off our project. Ryan confirmed our production date and finalized all the details with us the week after signing. We felt pretty good at this point. It had rained A LOT this spring and the company we selected to pour our new front stoop was severely backlogged. Opal planned to start work in June and was actually ahead of their production schedule. We decided to move forward with Opal starting work early and catching up when the stoop was poured to build the portico. Tear down of the current siding began, and the crew was super great to work with. Steve, Jack, Mirek, and team were top notch. Mirek, who was on site every day, really is a pro at siding and building porticos. The final product looks amazing. Jack really helped us navigate through issues that popped up and gave us expert options to fix them right away. One major issue that came up was the front stoop delay because of weather backlogs. Opal was EXTREMELY flexible and finished the siding and came back out to complete the portico when the concrete was poured and fully cured (one month later!). We were pretty stressed out about it and Steve and Jack worked around it. Thanks Opal. Electric for the portico was an issue, too. We had to run electric separately as Opal did not have electricians on staff. Opal has very skilled staff, and I would recommend they cover all trades if possible to provide a full turnkey service. Overall, we are very happy with the work Opal did. I would recommend Opal for anyone looking to install James Hardy Fiber Cement. They have it down to a science and their work looks amazing!
