About Us

We are a professional Planning and Creative Home Design Studio working with Homeowners and Industry Professionals to promote sustainable home development in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our team of Project Planners, Building and Interior Designers help our clients create Building Plans and Construction Documents that can then go to the City for Permitting and also help drive the project during Construction.

Very good experience working with Daniel at Oasis Design. This was our first large remodel project. We remodeled 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms, rewired outdated electrical system, fireplace, windows, etc. Daniel took us through step by step, offering great advice and comforting us through the complex decisions needed. He went with us to pick out stone and showed us how to lay it out to have a pleasing finished look. Daniel also has a great eye and explores options carefully. I think he took a lot of time to listen to what we wanted, offered alternatives where it made sense, and planned a design that we are very happy with. He also worked very closely with the contractors and made adjustments as needed to accommodate "tweaks" along the way. Our home is now a joy and a great place to entertain.

We sought Daniel's help when we were struggling to find the right colors for our home. He did a great job helping us choose paint colors and stains. Oftentimes, he came up with custom colors which worked beautifully. He also came up with a lovely design for our backyard! He was so personable and easy to work with, we now consider him a friend!

Daniel designed a full remodel of our kitchen and a bathroom addition. We opened up the kitchen to the living space and now have a big bright welcoming space. The bathroom addition is something we've needed for a long time and love it. Daniel is easy to work with, has great suggestions for materials and products and is sensitive to budget.

Highest recommendation for Daniel and his contractors. They most importantly are easy to work with and true to their word. And, when a project lasts for several months - its nice to be around people you like! Their quote was accurate in terms of timeframe and scope and budget. They were open to changes we requested. Daniel had great ideas and was worked alot with us because we were new to the remodel world.

His critical artistic eye, paired with his excellent design sense, added to his attention to detail and perfection in every job, makes Daniel Fonseca of Oasis Design the definitive contractor/designer. The job site is always clean, workers always on time and polite, and the budget is never exceeded, unless at my request for more work. Plus, Daniel is a genuinely nice guy, always polite and professional, and most importantly, honest. I have worked with Daniel many times on my home, as well as several rental properties I own. I will most certainly call on him again, and will continue to refer him to friends and family.
