Loved working with Marcie and Randy and the whole NW crew. They did a complete reskinning of our old, dated kitchen and helped us through the entire process, from picking out finishes, to selecting granite together downtown, to recommending better ways to improve the kitchen. I love my new kitchen. The team from Northwest Interiors and Design were great. I had a "sense" of what I wanted, but articulating a redesign to my engineer husband was daunting! Marcie was able to take my words and create dimensional designs that worked beautifully and helped us define our preferences. Randy and the construction crew met our quality expectations and kept the project within budget. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome!

Marcie and Randy designed and constructed our kitchen. It was our lucky day when we visited their showroom. My personal preferences were respected and their guidance was valuable. Their team was professional, accurate, and a pleasure to have in our home. When I had a concern during construction, Randy was at our house in minutes....problem solved. Marcie and Randy were very easy to work with. They listened to our ideas and were willing to make recommendations and modifications based on our input. We appreciated that they could provide both new cabinets and refacing combined, which was just what our kitchen needed. The installers did a great job, and the finish carpentry was beautifully done. We also appreciated Northwest's attention to detail. Our project lasted longer than we had been told due to some staffing issues, but the kitchen looks beautiful and on budget.

I am writing to share my complete satisfaction with NW Interiors & Design. We searched for several months to find a contractor to redo our 1957 kitchen. When we found NW Interiors & Design we were in the right place. Randy and Marcie and their crew were wonderful. They worked with us to get the design just as we wanted. I wanted a kitchen that reflected the period of the house. None of the other contractors we contacted agreed with our vision. The NWID team were always considerate of our time, needs and that the project be completed in a pretty short time frame before the holidays. The help we received in selecting counter, tile, flooring, paint and all of the tiny often overlooked details was invaluable. Everyone on the crew was prompt, professional and did their work to perfection. I had dreaded the process, but was so delighted that the work and the process was handled professionally and our kitchen is absolutely perfect. We have recommended NW Interiors & Design to several friends and they have also been completely satisfied. I would do it again in a heartbeat. We are forever grateful.

Nice people, great service, highest quality. We became aware of Northwest Interiors a few years ago when we purchased a small granite piece for our DIY bathroom renovation. They were so helpful and nice that we made sure to return when it came time for the big kitchen remodel. They went out of their way to help us stay on budget, and on time. We were in our new kitchen in plenty of time for Thanksgiving.

Northwest Interior and Design is a company you can trust. The owners are real people who know the business. Steering the ship are Marcie and Randy who together have the experience to complete most any Kitchen and Bath project. Marcie’s strengths are in design and Randy’s in the Construction; together they lead their trustworthy employees to customer satisfaction. Sounds like a bunch of hot air, however it is the truth. They also operate Northwest Fabricators who are responsible for the stone cutting side of the business. This is not the cheap stone shops you find on 1st avenue in Seattle. I have personally interacted with their employees and have found them to be professional and real craftsman. We love our completed kitchen and would highly recommend them to any homeowner looking to remodel. Rob & Marlene

Northwest Interiors and Design did my kitchen remodel . They did such a wonderful job that a few months later I asked them to do my upstairs full bath. Again they did an excellent job and were so courteous to have in my home. They treated my home and children as if they were their family. Marcie was so helpful in helping me design my kitchen and went out of her way to find the perfect kitchen sink for me. I had many estimates and they were very competitive with others yet they products far outmatched others I researched! I plan to use them again to remodel my other two bathrooms and would recommend them to anyone interested in quality work.Sincerely, Sydney

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. We had an agreement…in writing…for a refund of the difference between what the sub-contracted electrician charged and what was budgeted. The difference was just over $750. When it came due the owner of Northwest Interiors and Design refused…again in writing…to honor his earlier commitment. We had had NO disagreements to that point and the total amount we paid them was over $18,000; what they had proposed and we accepted. We paid them promptly; including 50% up front. What the heck? It seems to me that a business that doesn’t stand by its word is not a place you should believe and not one you should work with. Folks, not kidding. In our experience this company cannot be trusted. Look for another contractor. Really. We got royally hosed by them.
