Kim was our designer for this property on Juno. Kim has the eye for design and experience to find the best products for the best price. She works incredibly hard and she is very quick to respond when we have questions. I definately recommend Kim for any project, big or small. She keeps up with the trends.

We were lucky enough to have Kim on our team to do the interior design of our new home. Her style completely sets her apart from others in the industry who seem to all be doing the same things. Kim has a fresh and creative design sense and was incredibly easy to work with!

I recently hired Kimberly to stage my home in order to prepare it for sale. I found Kimberly extremely easy to work with, along with having a great eye for design she took a lot of care to make sure the project was done right. It was evident from our first meeting and throughout the project that she was an excellent deign who instantly "got it". What liked most about working with Kimberly is that she really took the time to listen and collaborate to make sure everyone involved would be happy with the results.

As a contractor I need to rely on other professionals to help me with projects, and I’m only as good as those who work around me. I can say unequivocally that Niosi Design is at the top of my list. They are able to work on any type of project, and put the same level of imagination and professional expertise into the simplest project as they do a high-end project. I've worked on several projects with them and they are always budget conscious, reliable and good communicators. Plus Kim is a delight to work with!

I am doing a remodel of my kitchen and Kimberly is amazing on her ability to coordinate cabinets, paint, flooring, counter tops and back splash. I have an idea of what I desire and Kimberly hears and shares her design ideas on paper and the results are beyond what I imagined. I love the fact that she designs a little out of the box instead of cookie cutter. I will be using Kimberly and Niosi Design for all of my interior and exterior design needs.

Kimberly staged an investment property for us. Her carefully chosen design - the furniture and accessories, along with insightful furniture placement (in an UNUSUAL floorplan!) - helped us sell in less than a week! We are happy to be working with her again!
