Niko has renovated both our master bathroom and kitchen for our home. As a designer, I was looking to go beyond your standard 'home depot' remodel, and Niko not only got what we were trying to accomplish, but executed flawlessly. He was very good with communication throughout the construction process, from explaining his bid through inevitable unforeseen issues that come up during any remodel. I have also had NIko work on other projects for private clients and he has done a great job for them as well.

Niko designed and installed our kitchen remodel. He has an excellent work ethic, and his employees and subcontractors all did excellent work as well. Niko has a background in architecture, design and contracting, and made great suggestions to our remodel, while still listening to our requests and desires. He came in on time and on budget in an enormous project. He has since designed and installed an outside patio with retaining walls, again offering design suggestions, as well as cost-saving suggestions. I cannot recommend Niko highly enough. You will not be disappointed in the work he does for you.

Nico and his crew of professionals performed a variety of work for me including two complete bathroom renovations, replacing ceilings and installing recessed lighting in several bedrooms. They also did demolition work in my basement in preparation for a full renovation later this year. He and his staff were uniformly professional and proactively made a number of recommendations to maximize the cost-effectiveness of each job. Ok in Pivot has subsequently done work for several neighbors based on my recommendation and on their respective review of his work on my home. Nico has a unique combination of experience, architectural training and an eye for detail that is evident in his team's work. He is very cognizant of keeping all dust, debris, etc. confined to the work area. My family and I were able to live comfortably throughout the 2 months of activities.
