New Image Flooring

We just did a total renovation of our kitchen and we dealt with Merrick with New Image Flooring for both our luxury vinyl flooring and our tile backsplash. As we did this renovation our selves with different contractors we could not be happier for the knowledge and excellent customer service that we had received from Merrick. We were very happy on the speed and efficiencies of the installs and would highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Went above and beyond what was required. Also the best prices on products. Were at least $1/sq ft cheaper on anything I was looking at. I recommend them very highly.

Had nice products not available elsewhere. Warehousing inventory accuracy issues caused delays in installation as wood had to be ordered, this was discovered only a week before expected installation date causing an additional wait of 3 months waiting on wood and installers.

We found new image flooring to be very professional, helpful, and reasonable. We had originally hired them to supply and install the hardwood floor in the house we were building, but after seeing their willingness to meet our demands and help us with some cost savings, we ended up hiring them for the carpet and tile as well. We worked closely with Shawn and we were very pleased with the service and his willingness to fix any problem or concern we had. We have already highly recommended this company.
