I hired Nanci to help me find a new home for my family within the Somerset school district. I gave her a list of wants/needs on what I was looking for and she kept to those specifications. She was professional, timely and was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all questions I had quickly and accurately. She was great to work with and I'd recommend her to anyone again!

My husband and I recently moved to the Hudson area and amongst all the commotion of starting new jobs and moving, we reached out to Nanci through a referral from a friend. We began our search for a future home out of town and Nanci helped us narrow down our search through listening to our list of wishes over the phone and then setting us up with an online searching tool. We had one weekend set aside to look for a home and we were able to look at every house on our wish list! We felt comfortable with Nanci from the very beginning. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our first home happened to be a short sale, but with Nanci's help, the process went smoothly and quickly. She prepared all of our documents electronically so we could move forward in the process even when we were packing up states away. She definitely took the stress out of buying our first home and made it a memorable experience. In addition, she continues to be our link in the community for all things local (i.e., repair professionals, local business recommendations, etc.). We love our new home and can't imagine moving anytime soon, but in the event that we decide to, we would turn right back to Nanci for the excellent service she provides.
