The design principals, Stan & Andrea Mussman, devote themselves exclusively to the dynamic field of interior design assisting satisfied clients in the Sacramento and El Dorado County region. Part of Stan & Andrea’s initial attraction to one another is their lifelong love for beautiful interiors. The designers have an extensive background in kitchen and bath design, comprehensive space planning, layout and lighting. Both designer’s have an outstanding eye for all elements of the design process, including selection and placement of furnishings, flooring, counter top and back splash stone and tile, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, appliances, decorative and task lighting, fabrics, window treatments, art, accessories and color.

Mr./Ms. Mussman helped me a lot in figuring out the interior decoration and layout plan for my new home. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Their work is very detailed and can communicate very well with their customer. They are always on time and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Mussman Design for over 10 years as an professional window coverings installer. They are very easy to work with and are true artists that go beyond the ordinary. I've been installing for nearly 30 years and typically see the same window treatments and designs day in and day out. What you can expect from Stan and Andrea are uniquely designed, well thought out and beautifully designed window treatments. They are not afraid to think outside of the box. I always enjoy working with this husband and wife design team. I never know what to expect. I would recommend them to anyone considering using Mussman Design Associates for their home decor project!

As a decorative artist, I began working on showcase homes with Stan and Andrea about 20 years ago. We have worked together on various projects over the years. Stan and Andrea have always been professional, caring, honest and enjoyable to work with. Their style is fresh and tasteful. It has been my experience that communication is at the root of any good project. Stan and Andrea seem to have that gift of perception and interchange of ideas, so the clients end up with what truly makes them happy. I feel they make the design process easy and painless, and also save money by steering the clients away from costly decorating mistakes.

When I bought my first town home I used Mussman Designs to decorate the kitchen and living space. I was very pleased with how beautiful everything turned out. The gorgeous diamond pattern on the dining room wall was such a focal point. Everything was done in a timely manner and I would definitely use them again for any of my future interior needs. Stan and Andrea are the best and really make you feel like part of their family.

The Mussman's provided us with excellent service and exquisite taste in selecting furniture, window coverings, carpets and paintings for our home. They worked with the fact that my husband and I have different tastes in decorating and they blended my love for antiques and pastels with my husband's love for bold colors and modern furniture. We were very happy and highly recommend them. Be prepared to spend some money for high quality goods.

I own Town Square Furniture, a full line furniture store in the San Jose area. We have worked with Mussman Design numerous times over the past Five plus years. We have always found them extremely professional and easy to work with. Both Stan and Andrea have a special gift to create very unique design ideas that other designer we work with don't do. I have nothing but good comments from our clients who have worked with the Mussmans. We feel very lucky to be able to use Mussman Design as one of our resources.

Andrea just got me. She asked great questions and helped me come up with a palette and choices that I've loved and lived in so comfortably ever since. And was extremely helpful in working with my modest budget. Best money I ever spent.
