I have worked with Matthew on several major projects over the past five years. The first was a large beach house remodel that needed updating and restyling. His guidance, suggestions and plans were right on the mark for my goals and taste. He was budget conscious and schedule oriented. After that first successful experience, I hired him to design a waterfront home on a canal in Key Colony Beach, Florida. We had a design consultation about our vision and not long afterwards, his presented concept was perfect and original. He supervised and managed the entire construction and worked closely with me on material selection. The home sold within a few months of completion.
I have also had him work on two remodel projects in Texas - our working cattle ranch and a personal residence.
Just recently, he designed another amazing beach front home for me personally that is just starting the site development.
