We have worked with Stahl Homes for over 5 years now and have completed more than 10 home designs with them. It is extraordinary to see the level of personal care that Mark puts into each project. His attention to detail and the desire to make each home special for his clients sets him apart...there seems to be nothing he cannot make happen! Homes are constructed on time and on budget, and with the utmost care and quality. One of the finest builders in the area.

I built a custom home with Stahl homes this past year. Mark and Shane have been a pleasure to work with. They are personable and engaging. Mark is fully vested in every detail to make sure that things turn out correctly, even from the design phase. Shane is extremely organized and keeps the numbers in a clear way for you to understand how the project is evolving and is happy to review these costs with you. Cody, their super, is a class act and gets the job done. We are now one year into our home and we are happy :) I recommend Stahl Homes without reservation.

We recently (Oct 2017) bought a new construction home built by Stahl Homes LLC in Vienna, Va. and have been very pleased with the home thus far. The builder had put a lot of thought into the design and construction of the home, and was fair and honorable in the negotiations for purchase. They are easy to reach and quick to reply when matters arise. We have been in the home for 4 months, accumulating the punch list items -- all of the ordinary variety, nothing extraordinary or surprising-- and will hope to have a good experience with that process. Assuming their good customer service continues through that punch-list process, I will elevate this review to 5-stars.

I've had the opportunity to work with Mark on a several homes in the Vienna, VA area as the Interior Designer for Stahl Homes clientele. Mark always takes pride in the finished product that he offers to the client. He doesn't just throw any old finishes in, but instead he truly wants to provide top craftsmanship and options that aren't like everything else in Vienna. Everything is really thought through as he's building a house. I'm brought in so that I can provide something "different" than the other builders offer and an even more personal touch to the clients building the house or purchasing the house. Mark Stahl is honest and fair to work with, as well as readily available. I'd recommend Stahl Homes especially if you are looking for something more custom and not so cookie cutter. They provide a superb product with top notch craftsmanship.

Mark and Marishane Stahl owners of Stahl Homes are far superior then other available builders in Northern Virginia. As crazy as this sounds, their primary motivator is not to maximize their profits but instead to maximize their clients satisfaction, market valuation and positive community impact. They are very compassionate, engaged, knowledgable and experienced. Stahl homes takes you through every single stage of the process with great communication and attention to detail. Spreadsheets, project plans, samples, drawings, photos, meeting, calls, texts, etc. they are on it! They only use the finest materials and their workmanship is outstanding. Mark and Marishane also provide a full year guarantee after you move in and are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We simply have never had such a wonderful experience and are very happy with our final product and ecstatic with the increases in our homes value.

We had a great experience working with Mark Stahl and his team! Mark is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of construction and was very responsive and attentive to all of our concerns and questions. He was very flexible and accommodated our design customizations. He uses high quality materials and hires great employees and contractors. The whole process went smoothly and our project was finished on time. We couldn’t be happier with our house!
