Mr Bar Stool

We had a manufacturing defect on four stools that we purchased from Mr. Bar Stool. Since we are out of state, we had the bar stools drop shipped to our residence. The items appeared to be fine when received, but after using the stools we noticed several of the seams pulling apart. Barry at Mr. Bar Stool never hesitated for a moment to jump in and assist with a resolution. We are extremely impressed, and more than willing to offer a recommendation of customer service to all.

I had a question about the availability of a bar stool shown on Houzz from pictures of a project from about 3-4 years ago. I saw an answer to a question about the stools from another interested party, and Mr Bar Stool's response to that question included a phone number to call. I called the company earlier today to get more information. I was given an email to send my inquiry, which I did. (barrybarstool@gmail.com) Very soon afterwards, I received not only the answer to my question, but an updated picture of the stools. We have traded emails about the stools into the evening (it's now 10pm EST). I can only write that Mr Bar Stool and Barry have exceeded any retail shopping customer service expectation that I have ever experiened. Well done and please keep it up!!

So far, so good, after a quick email inquiry, received a fast complete response and placed order for stools I'd seen on houzz that he was able to locate and order for me! Waiting for delivery. Super first impression, quick response. Is local for me, so I will pick up when they arrive.
