Moss Custom Flooring and Blinds

I have had Lowe's come out in years past but did not feel comfortable with the casual commitment to the work. Put it off for several more years before seeking someone closer in my own backyard. Moss Custom Flooring came out quickly after my call. Always let me know they were on the way and did what they promised. Their installers made you feel comfortable and they really seemed to know the tricks of keeping carpet clean and what products were best to use. We had waited longer than we should have but we are thrilled with the results.

Moss Custom Flooring and Blinds was very helpful and they really go that extra mile to make sure their customers get what they want and are satisfied with the job. The installers they used did a super good job and overall I was very pleased with the outcome.

David Moss treated us right. We updated our 1940's home...treated it right with new flooring all over. The new look was long overdue as the house was last remodeled in 1995. I knew we were making the right decision from the beginning and love the fact that I was not disappointed at the end. As I initially told David, I was choosing his company because I wanted it to be right....I did not want a job that looked like we had done it. There are other things we will do over time but the bottom layer, the floor, will enhance everything else. A shout out to the installer who was very OCD about doing things the right way, the way we would be pleased down the road. He went beyond. Do I need to say more? Overall, I really felt like David was very experienced. He is also very professional, and was open to hearing what I was interested in. The installer was very dependable. I couldn't any more pleased with the project!

At first I had no idea what kind of floor I wanted or needed. David, as soon as he found out I had a lot of dogs, knew exactly what to put in. I had first thought about Ceramic tile, but he talked me out of it since the house sits on a higher foundation, and the floors can swell. So that wouldn't have ben a good material. He recommended a particular type of floor and it's wonderful. He knew exactly what to get for me - it's a vinyl flooring. It's almost waterproof, very easy maintenance. He went through all the trouble to tell me how to take care of it. I let him suggest the color because I am not good at stuff like that. So aside form getting a great floor at a good fair price, I also got a lot of help with it. He knows what he's doing - he's excellent! The installer is also fantastic - his name is David too. He's the greatest installer I've ever seen and was a lot of fun to be around! Kept me laughing all day. Most of all, David doesn't forget you once you are not his customer any more. He keeps in touch to ask how things are going. I really value that he knows his stuff and also shares it with his clients.

He did a very good and excellent job. He was professional, he was here when he said he would be there. He did exactly what he said he would do. We've hired other professionals in the past and have not had the same experience. He went beyond my expectations!
