The worst experience ever dealing with alan FAIR WARNING! I hope no one goes thru what my family had to go thru, we are having to finish on our own after all the mistakes his sub contractors made it cost us more. THANKS ALAN

Allen and his crew were amazing! They were professional but very personable as well! We left this build in his hands as we live in Canada and could only make it to the site a few times during the process. Each and every time we were thrilled to see the progress and felt safe in Allen's hands! We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Allen Ream designed a home for my wife and I, and built it on a previously undeveloped forested lot. From design to finish, Allen and his team were professional, timely, respectful and very obliging to our changing interior and exterior choices. Allen oversaw everything from the home construction, septic and utility hook-ups, as well as final landscaping and grading around the home. My wife and I were keen on doing some of the work ourselves, and I'm thankful that Allen was so obliging to those requests, and scheduling us time and space to work on the home. The 1200 sq. ft home was ready for us to move into in just under 6 months, which seems incredible. Also of note, Allen's timeline and price estimates were almost 100% accurate upon completion, something very comforting as a homeowner. I am writing this review from our new home, which is extremely well built, warm, well designed and all we could ever have asked for. I will be contracting Allen's services again in the future, he and his team are highly recommended.

This is the first house we have built from scratch. Allen could not have been more professional, helpful, and above all patient. From day one till now, about 70% complete, Allen has been extremely easy to work with. While he doesn't spoon feed us, he will give his honest opinion if he thinks we might be making a mistake. He has been very easy to contact, gets back to us immediately, posts pictures of the progress (very handy for us since we live several hours away) and answers each and every question regardless of how moronic they may be. The quality of materials and the workmanship are both top notch. He has set and maintained a tight schedule while keeping us apprised the entire time. I would recommend Allen to anyone looking for a great building experience.
