What a wonderful experience I had dealing with Sales Consultant, Susan Polaski and the rest of the Molyneaux team. Susan was very competent and cheerful and fully took care of all of my needs. I needed carpeting specifically for my stairs and landing. She came into my home with samples, and within an hour, everything was measured and done. I got a fantastic price because of the Home Shopping Deal. The people that installed the carpeting were very friendly as well, and did a fantastic job of installing the carpet and cleaning up the mess afterward. My carpeting looks beautiful, and I am proud to show it off to everyone! I will recommend Molyneaux to all of my family and friends. Susan, you and your team rock!!! We worked with Susan Polaski and had a runner installed in the hallway and down the stairs in September. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. We started in the store with some ideas and the in house consultation was great, the samples were exactly what we were envisioning! The install crew was prompt, fast, and did a wonderful job and left a clean work-space when they were done. So happy with the finished product!

Thank you Molyneaux! When I moved into my house three years ago I knew I was going to replace the carpet at some point, but was not sure when. Thankfully, my two new puppies helped me make the decision by chewing up the old carpet and completely destroying a room. I not only needed new carpet, but it was an emergency! I called Molyneaux and they sent two people out immediately to speak with me about different types, styles, colors, etc. I was quickly able to get an estimate based on my choices and set up an installation date. The price was very fair, especially since I knew I was getting a "better" carpet than I would with competitors. When installation day came, the installers were professional and efficient. The work was done extremely well and my other belongings (beds, dressers, everything they took apart, moved, and put back together) were back in perfect order. I had my entire upstairs level and staircase completely done in one work day. I never had to rearrange my schedule or take time off. Molyneaux had assured me they hire the highest caliber installers and it truly shows! I love the new carpet! It looks great (so much better than the old stuff!) and feels great on my toes. It's easy to clean and I know thanks to the warranty from Molyneaux that I will NEVER have a problem with it. I would absolutely recommend working with Molyneaux!
