The product was amazing, our builder was very impressed with the quality and the workmanship of the product. It is a great solid window. We installed a total of 4 doors, and 5 widows in a new sunporch addition and the style of the tilt and turn make the room function and look amazing. Installation was easy following the u tube video and best of all a great value for the price, purchase was easy, we had to exchange a size and they delivered and picked up. Customer service was the best. Highly recommended

Ordered a front door from Modern Home Luxury. Loved the look and loved the extra security in the hinges and locks. However, the door handle was flimsy, the pin connecting the door handles was barely long enough to connect and slipped out, the metal trim on the door has begun delaminating, there is a bubble on the front door, and when temperatures get cold you can only lock and unlock the door by shoving your shoulder into the door to get some leeway. The company has been less than helpful and does not like to find resolution. Very disappointed in their communication and customer service... Now we are looking for a new front door.

Excellent customer service. Purchased Etna hydronic aluminum radiators for my cold Chicago home and I am not regretting a penny for what I paid for. Good quality product, performing exactly as described, working just fine with my State/Takagi thankless water heater. Very good heat transfer, nice and modern look. Modern Home supplied all the accessories, regular valves and thermostatic valves for the job. When one of the shipments was received slightly damaged, they sent me the replacement very fast.Communication via e-mail and phone was easy, not like other companies I am doing business with. Congratulations and thank you for your help with this project.

Ordered 3 tilt and turn windows. Forgot to order the handles and when I went to do so, suddenly all response from this company ceased. Now I have 3 windows, but no brackets or handles. Cannot get a response from them by phone or email.

I ordered quite a bit of items for our new home from them, but our front door is the crown jewel. Aside from the framers not being used to the odd width, it's like no other in our neighborhood or town for that matter. Very satisfied with Modern Home Luxury all around.

Southampton Handy Man

I ordered a new door from modern home luxury. We had a miscommunication on the swing of the door. It was delivered opening the wrong way. They were very gracuious and agreed to resend correct swing door. The product is georgeous. They have extremely high quality doors. Probably the best quality door I have found. Be careful as they are a little wider than normal door frame and have different rough openings, but quality of door is worth it.

As with any online order if the price is pretty good you are always a bit skeptical of the products. Especially if you are on the other side of the country and can not see the product in front of you. We ordered a combination of interior doors in the wenge finish ( models : dolce , torino and merino ). Lead time was very good since they had all the doors in stock we needed , most companies gave us a lead time of 4-7 weeks. I was very impressed when we opened the crate. The doors look amazing , very nice high quality. The finish fits perfectly with the color floors we had chosen. And the price worked perfectly for our budget. Very hard now a days to find great quality doors , unique doors at a decent price. We had received the doors a week and half after placing our order. Doors were packed very well. Highly recommend this company for interior doors.

Purchased the Miami exterior door in the italian walnut finish.Very impressed with this exterior door. Loved the fact I could get a modern door without the 2-3 month wait as most companies told me. And the price you can not beat , to get a great looking modern door for under $2,000 anywhere and believe me I have been searching for about 4 months. the sales person who helped me with placing my order was really patient with me and helpful. Would recommend this company for exterior doors. Thanks again guys !

Have purchased a few different models of ethanol fireplaces from this company for a number of clients. Mostly wall mount and recessed models. The fireplaces look fantastic when installed and only hear compliments about how they great they look. All my clients are very pleased with the end results. Prices are great and reasonable.
